We've lived in southwest Florida since 1975, between Iona and Sanibel, and never had the outstanding service experience in all our years like We've had with Percision Heating and Cooling. Bar none, they are second to none. The owner, along with Jack and Blake fixed our issues in the most professional and timely manner. They are outstanding and experienced to the utmost degree. Brilliant, respectful and always ever so courteous.

Very professional, on time, responsive and they explained everything thoroughly. Pricing was extremely fair and even came in over $100 less than originally quoted. They were even able to respond within a day. Hard to find good contractors but I got lucky this time!!

Precision was def the best company ive dealt with. They were prompt and efficient. My air works so much better after they serviced it. Prices are very reasonable also. Highly reccomend
Joe and his crew were absolutely awesome. He responded to my call and quickly did what he could do to my 16 year old system. He advised that it was time to replace my one unit, but after advising me of the price for one vs the price for two I happily replaced both units and I can’t tell you the difference in my house now. No more hot spots in the house. The units used will save me a tremendous amount of money each month. I never felt pressured to make my decision, he gave me all my options and I made the decision that I am truly happy with . My power came back on Tuesday after Ian and I advised Joe and they worked me in on Wednesday. Every time I needed them Joe would be there day or night. My mother in law had an issue with her ac and called a company she used they came out and charged her $200 and told her she needed a new unit with an estimate of $10,000 for a townhouse, I called Joe and he went right out and took care of her and repaired her system for $1200. When folks are on a fixed income something like this is devastating. Joe has been the most professional, kind and caring person I have ever met in this business when all the other repair men are sell sell sell because they work on commission . I would truly recommend this company and Joe to anyone I meet that needs ac work, if you want a second opinion don’t hesitate to call you will truly be surprised and happy with this company. I can’t say enough good things about this company they answered my call when our AC went out in the middle of the night and spent 45 minutes walking me through how to get it back up and running, then we’re out the next day first thing in the morning to service it. Call them first and every time you will not regret it.
Joey the owner was very professional from the very beginning since our first conversation by listening to the issues I had with another unit I had installed from a different company. He had sent out Shaun who was also professional & knowledgeable , answered all questions I had & was able to speak to Joey in regards to getting an estimate. They are reasonable with prices, but most of all, honest with you which is extremely rare these days. When we made the next appointment to have them install the unit, Shaun & Mark came, did an EXCELLENT job installing the unit, but most of all, fixed the issue I had previously from another company that wasn’t able to find the issue for YEARS, but they did that day. I wish I knew about them when I moved to SWFL, but everything happens for a reason & I’m so glad I did now. Thank you Joey, your staff is amazing, professional & educated.
A/c went out at 11pm and they were there at midnight. Fixed it by 1230. Professional, quick and great to work with. Excellent service.

Called Percision on a Friday night after 6pm. It was Florida Hot and muggy and so was my spouse. A quick response by Joe (another Florida Boy) who replaced a Capacitor, and we were up and running. This is an A/C COMPANY that you can trust and isn't out to rip a customer off. HIGHLY RECOMMEND PERCISION!
