Brandon and his technicians have been working on our system for years now. My A/C went out and it was very hot in our house. I called Precision Comfort Specialists once the office opened. Brain came right out and within no time had my A/C working again. Thanks for having great professional employees and great pricing.

Brandon and team installed a unit a few years back. Have had to call them a few times to come look at the unit. They are quick to respond, and very helpful when they get there. They always get me back up and running. I have even had them out on the weekend. Highly recommend these guys!

Precision Comfort Specialists has done a phenomenal job replacing my old HVAC systems. Super knowledgeable about the service they provide and product they offer. Measured my whole house for optimal unit selection based on size and desired comfort levels. Very nice installation team, excellent and easy to work with staff made the whole process extremely easy to navigate (from scheduling to financing approval to the actual installation). They had their protective gear, removed the old unit and clean up after the job was done leaving me with a new HVAC system and smart thermostat. They were super considerate of my working from home. Five star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I had a issue with a incorrect installation of my hvac unit. Precision came in and explained everything and the reasoning behind the issue. They were fair and honest which is pretty hard to come by in the industry. I Definitely recommend these guys.
Had a service request to replace my old thermostat and Precision Comfort responded in a very precise manner and David the technician was very polite and knowledgeable about the product. I will certainly continue to call these folks with my HVAC needs. The office staff Natasha is always on top of things and scheduled appointments run smoothly
Brandon Whisnant came by as scheduled to help me resolve an issue with my A/C unit. He was very helpful and most knowledgeable on the best way to resolve my problem. There was no charge for his help. I am very grateful for this company 's honesty and integrity.
