Great and so helpful through the entire process of replacing my old unit through home warranty. Very professional and prompt.
The Service bar none is way Excellent, it was hotter than Hades No much hotter. Michael shows up changes the motor to the AC Unit. And it works like heaven sent relief. Call Precision AC. They Rock!!!

I've used Precision Aire for over 4 years at my house and rentals. Daniel and his team have always been responsive. He did a total system replacement for me with a super efficient unit. prior to that he kept my old system alive but eventually it made more sense to just replace with a newer better unit. I could probably turn my house into a refrigerator if I wanted to the system is so Good.

We have been using Precision Aire for several years now and have been very happy with their services: over the years, they have installed a new AC unit for our house, and have been doing maintenance for it before the start of the summer heat. Daniel and his team are quick to respond to our requests, even when something goes wrong on the weekends, their service is excellent and very dependable.

We had our a/c replaced by our home warranty, and Dan with Precision Aire did the work. Less than 5 years later, the a/c stopped working. We called a different a\c company to check it (we wasn't happy with the service originally from Precision Aire since they failed to replace the insulation in our down draft) they said the coil had a leak and we should call the company who installed the a\c and turn it in for the manufacturer warranty. So, we called Dan. After looking at the a\c over, he practically ran to his truck saying "call someone else." No explanation, no service. I called to talk to him, asking for an explanation, and he hung up on me. Then, he sent me a text accusing me of being hostile and said he would call the authorities on me. My belief is that Dan doesn't want to do warranty work where he can't mark up the products.
Heater stopped working. Precision Aire was prompt and diligent in diagnosing a complex problem, then resolved the issue. Dan, the technician, was cordial and knowledgeable. Precision Aire is my recommendation and will be my “go to” company for all my HVAC needs.
Our AC was making crazy sounds and then boom, hot air. At 5:00 on a Thursday night! We called our insurance they sent us Precision Aire. Daniel texted back really quickly! Gave us a window of time for Friday! I was not sure about it all, so my Husband texted Daniel this morning. Daniel confirmed again. He showed up in the window of time. The hottest part of the day. He went right to work up on our roof. He had our AC up and running in less than a hour. Changed a whole motor out!! Unfortunately 20 minutes after he left it started blowing hot air again. We called Daniel and he came right back. Got right back up there and put in another motor. We really hope this one works. He's a great guy. Very professional and personable. We highly recommend this awesome service and we highly recommend Daniel.
Absolutely unprofessional company and would never recommend to anyone. Came out on a Friday told me he would call on Monday with an update. Only to not call me or return my calls.Find out almost 5 days after he originally came out that they do not work on carrier air conditioners. Waisted 5 days of my time when he could have said I do not work on carrier or at least call back. I still have not received any return calls from them. Stay away from this business ! Response to owner: completely untrue was not under a “manufacture warranty”. Ended up having just another conditioner company out to repair the part and ask why you had not just repaired the part. Would recommend taking ownership next time and not make excuses. It would suit you and your business better.

Horrible customer service!!! I had a work order through my warranty company for 2 weeks with no call to schedule. I had to have the warranty company call to schedule because the business doesn't answer their phones or return messages. I had an appointment scheduled the following week but I received a text in the middle of the appointment window from Daniel saying he couldn't make it out that day and we could try again the next day. I text him back and called multiple times. No answer. I called the business line. No answer. Why contract with a warranty company if you don't want the work?!
