My heater was acting up for a week and I couldn’t figure out why the thermostat wasn’t turning on the heater! I called Bruce and he kindly came by while he was on his way to install a heating unit! Within 10 minutes Bruce diagnosed the issue and fixed it! What shocking was Bruce didn’t charge me. I couldn’t believe the act of kindness and honesty!
