This is a long over due review. I have been working with Bruce and the team for 3 years for multiple properties with multiple jobs. They are always on time, the work is quality l, the communication and details are always clear. I tried to explore some other options multiple times but I always come back and work with them. Pricing is always reasonable compare to their excellent services and great customer services
We had great experience working with Precision heating. As everyone said, Bruce is very Knowledgeable, kind, and gave the required information. We’ve installed outdoor heat pump and we have so much peace working with Bruce and team as they always show up and fix the issues. Bruce came in the extreme hottest day last year and fixed an issue, and it shows his genuine care for the customers. We’ve a friend and my toddler daughter loves to chat with Bruce :) They will not disappear after installing the system but they will stay connected and show up eveytime when there is a issue. Our water heater broke down recently and I just called precision, bruce came and installed it. We have peace when we work with Precision. Thank you so much!
I purchased a Fujitsu mini-split system from Precision Air. I am extremely pleased with not only the system, but with my overall experience with Precision Air. I highly recommend them.
I had a wonderful experience with precision air services. They installed my air conditioner with furnace. There was a leak in the duct due to a crack in the coil and they replaced it free of cost and quickly fixed my issues. They are most friendly people that I have seen in this industry. Bruce is the guy, he has a great experience in this business. He genuinely cares about his customers as well. I would strongly recommend them , if you are looking to install air conditioner here in Washington neighborhood 👍
I had my A/C quit working on one of the hottest days in August. They were the only company who had an appointment same day as I called. They arrived when they said they would. The technician knew where to start looking, diagnosed the issue quickly. He had the part and installed it in a timely manner and was on his way. The technician was friendly, well mannered and professional. I highly recommend them. I have high standards and expectations, they are a company I will use again, if needed.
The owner Bruce has been unprofessional from the time he hire installers that have never installed a Daikin mini split system to practice training on my house.
It took 2x to have a technician diagnose my furnace issue & after the 2nd visit they were supposed to call back to discuss replacement options. I have followed 3x in 3 weeks since then to request a call back & each time the receptionist (nice person) apologizes & says she'll put a call on the boss's calendar. I don't really know why they don't have their act together, but have given up & am going with a competitor now. Unfortunate because they were nice at the beginning. I probably wouldn't even consider them in the future for any work.
It took months to get the job scheduled but once it was arranged everything went smoothly. Techs who came out were knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
Technician was very polite and friendly. It was very pleasant to discuss with him how to repair the furnace and make it right back to work.
Great Service, friendly and efficient
I can't say enough good things about Precision Air Services. I contacted several companies and was very happy to choose Precision - they offered a very fair quote and Bruce was extremely knowledgeable. The team did an incredible job. They were very professional, completed the work in a timely fashion, made the A/C wiring look almost invisible, and were really respectful as well. I'll gladly use Precision Air Services again and recommend them to friends / family.
The repairman was early and called 40 minutes out, tenants were happy as he explained everything a few times to curious minds. We realized that the leaking problem was further upstream and not the filtration system on the furnace. I am pleased with a reasonable bill.

I highly recommend Bruce and his company. This is the third time I’ve used them. First was to replace our furnace 8 years ago. Second was to replace my mother in law’s furnace. And third and more recently, to repair our furnace that’s still under warranty. Bruce is very professional, caring of his customers, gives honest advice and more than fair prices. He made time to try to fix our furnace before Thanksgiving on Wednesday night. Our furnace is now fixed thanks to Bruce. I will not hesitate to use Precision Air Services as our future HVAC needs.
