Gary & Zack fixed us up great in literally 1 day. House is cooling better than ever in the 20 years we've lived here. True to their word & quote, using quality product. Great experience, thanks again Gary & Zack!
Positives:The guy arrived on time, was polite and did the diagnostic. Negatives: That took only 20 minutes and he quoted me $9000 to replace the unit. I can't afford that right now. So he charged me $95 as diagnostic fee. I feel like that is excessive for spending only 20 minutes at most. I blame myself for not asking the diagnostic fee price before hand. I would have gone with a different company if I had known it would be that expensive.
Precision air is a great company to work with! We had a blockage in our attic unit. Gary was close by so he was at our home in less than 30 minutes and also reminded us it was time for our 6 month maintenance. Gary it’s always on time, professional and committed to excellence!

My AC had completely stopped and it was a Friday afternoon. I called Gary and he was able to come out within an hour and had it up and running in no time. He didn't try to immediately sell me a unit or any kind of maintenance package. He simply fixed what was broken, explaining everything that he was doing the whole time. I had a sick little girl and sick dog that would not have done well in the heat. Gary completely saved the day on a Friday afternoon and I will definitely call him for any maintenance or repairs on the future.
We had our air conditioners and furnaces replaced by Precision Air about a month ago, and they did such a fantastic job! Chad was super quick responding to any questions that we may have had, and really provided us with the best quote we got (we got 4 quotes from different companies) for the job. Also, the men who replaced the units were very knowledgeable and efficient. I'm so happy we found Precision Air -- we will be customers for a long, long time!
The entire experience was AWESOME!!! While my AC was out, they brought me AC units to cool my house until they were ready to do the job. The crew replaced our old system on probably the hottest days of the year. They were clean and professional and did everything right. I would highly recommend Precision Air for HVAC services.
They're services are so expensive! There is an $89 assessment fee! No benefit to accepting their estimate, it doesn't come off your total.
Chad, Van and the entire crew did a fantastic job with replacing our old HVAC system. Everyone was very knowledgeable and performed each task efficiently. They were also respectful to not only us but our property as well. We will be Precision Air customers for life. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.
Chad, Van and their crew were outstanding. They replaced our air conditioner and furnace. It was very obvious from the beginning that their expertise in installing the Carrier system was way above what you normally encounter. Chad was a huge help! He was very pleasant to work with. Gave us a good deal and even installed a temporary unit, in a weekend for our top floor condo tenants until he could get the new unit out. Thanks again, Chad!

My AC was down all day and when my wife and I returned home, it was 9:00 p.m. and the house was 90 degrees. Chad (the owner) and his teammate came to my house at 11:00 p.m. on a Monday night from Monroe to South CLT and fixed everything for a fantastically reasonable price in under an hour. I recommend this company over any of the ones who pop up before them in your google search- I called 3-4 of them and no one was more responsive, professional, or available. Also very kind and easy-going people. Thanks guys!
I had a great experience working with Chad and his team. They installed a new AC and humidifier for me and replaced some aging ductwork. The job was completed effectively and efficiently with excellent communication throughout the process. I will definitely be using them for future HVAC needs.
I called Precision Air this evening (on a Sunday I might add) to inspect one of my a/c units that was not cooling. Chad and Van arrived at my home within 30 minutes and had my a/c up and running in a matter of minutes. They were timely, professional, knowledgeable and competitively priced. I am so glad that I found Precision air. I called last night to say that my upstairs air conditioner was not working. Van and Chad came this morning and fixed it. They are prompt response is so very appreciated, especially on a Saturday. They figured out the problem and fixed it immediately and my house is already cool. I will always use Percision air in the future.

My mom's heater went out at 7pm and I called Precision Air. Dan and Chad came by did a professional job at a fair price considering it was after hours. Moms heat was on by 9. I will definitely use this company again.
Chad and his team installed a mini-split system at our house on March 5, 2018. They were extremely professional in conducting their work. The installation was completed in the time they promised and worked exactly as they promised. I have used their services three times in the past couple years and have no intention of using anyone else in the future. Very highly recommended!
