Dave was incredibly responsive throughout the whole process - not only when I called him to schedule an estimate but even after our new heating system and new AC unit were installed he would answer a call and come by our house to be attentive to our needs. There were a few rooms in our home that never seemed to get good heat, and those rooms are now just as warm as the rest of the house - I can’t wait to feel how cool the house comes during the summer! Highly recommend Dave Kiss from Precision for any and all HVAC needs!
I have had the honor of knowing Mr. Kiss for over twenty years. Over that period of time, he has exemplified the true meaning of dedication, honesty, integrity and personableness to a business which is essentially unregulated and replete with businesses looking to make a profit at the customers expense-attributes that are sadly missing these days. Dave is old school and truly enjoys the work which essentially a craft to him and the satisfaction that it brings to all customers. Whether it be a standard service call or major project, Dave will always give the customer the true picture-irrespective of the $ bottom line, and get the job done in a professional albeit personable and caring manner.
