Precise was a great company to work with. They were very quick to respond and get a guy out to my house. Very knowledgeable and did great work.
Ask for Fernando, he’s the best. His guys did the bathroom and HVAC in my basement, and I’ve used him a handful of other times when I’m in a pinch. He’s one you can trust!
The installer Mr. Ivan was excellent also, installed complete a/c system and heating the next day very quickly. They where very neat, cleaned up all debris even debris that was left by our roofers hauled off old ac unit and did a great job movong the new ac from under my kitchen window at my request and did a great job. The price was fair and we are very happy with our new ac. I feel like they went above and beyond and really care about their customers Thank you to all for doing such a speedy and excellent job. We are VERY HAPPY! From diagnosis to install the service was excellent, he knew what he was doing and helped us step by step to find financing and to choose the right system for our needs.
Best plumbers around! I am a property manager for many properties around the SLC the valley and I have recently started working with Precise Plumbing and their communication and customer service is top notch! They get the job done when they say they will and make sure to take my tenants into account also and provide them with peace of mind. Fernando is now my favorite person. I had my heart set on a nook in my bathroom that would have resulted in an awkward placement for the toilet and he came up with a solution that allowed me to have a smaller book and decent placement of the toilet. He also specifically tailored our plumbing to fit a floating vanity. Super professional, all around great guy. The price was also right for us to choose Precise Plumbing Heating and Air for the plumbing. We'll be coming back to you guys for any future plumbing needs. Thank you!!
Contacted and spoke with Russ about replacing all drain pipes in my house that are very accessible. Russ was very helpful on the phone explaining the process and what we could be looking at. Said he would schedule an appointment for someone to come out and give a bid. The tech that came out was on time and friendly and took no time looking at my current drain pipe system. As we started talking about it, he starts telling me we will have to cut through a floor joist (not just cut a hole or notch, he meant cut out the entire floor joist, which is a nono) to reach a certain pipe, and that the toilet I currently have will need to be replaced as well as it would not be compatible with the new drain pipes (doesn't make sense), starts telling me how we will need complete access (so all drywall removed) . I will say he was nice and answered a few additional questions for me that did not have to do with the initial quote. Then, without prompting asks if I knew "that they charge a call out fee that you will be billed for". Woah woah, no one mentioned any call out fee for a bid. No big deal however, since he told me he would get back to me with a quote for everything but estimated we were looking at about 4,000$-6,000$ worth of work. The next day I received a text message that said "I didn't forget about you still working on that quote" and then I never heard from them again. First rule of hiring, don't hire people who don't want to be there. I have no doubt Russ and his crews do great work, and based on the other reviews he does. Unfortunately their interaction with me was not one of these times. After not hearing from them again I reached out to a co worker whose partner does plumbing, 400$ later I have completely brand new ABS pipes for everything in my home. No floor joists were harmed in the making of this system, and no additional (other than what I had already torn out) drywall needed to be removed. Very impressed with this team. They showed up on time to give me a bid, was straight to the point on the amount of work needing to be done, and started the same day. They did all the rough in plumbing for my basement bathroom. They installed a tub/shower kit and will be coming back once the bathroom is ready for everything to be connected. I highly recommend them.

Couldn't be happier with the service I received from Precise Plumbing Heating and Air. I called when my water heater sprung a leak last night and they sent a technician out right away and fixed the problem. He was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Great prices and exceptional customer service. A++
After a leaky main water line, we were confused of what to do next. We contacted Russ and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He had his crew out right away and they kept us informed and had it fixed after only a few hours. Asa was more then helpful and friendly! Would definitely use them again for any plumbing issues! I enjoy the cooler climates during the hotter summer months and prefer to keep our domicile cautiously refrigerated, my spouse prefers more tropical weather, which I estimate to be in the upper 80's, and tends to surreptitiously raise the temperature, while am I unaware. Normally, I realize this has occurred, when I begin to sweat profusely while indoors. This Tuesday morning, I experienced a drastic and horrendous bout of extreme sweating, while indoors, and immediately called a foul and ran to the thermostat, fully expecting sabotage. However, I was wrong. After apologizing thoroughly for the unearned expletives and false accusations, I began to troubleshoot the problem. I am very YouTube educated when it comes to appliance repair, but was only able to determine that our recently installed exterior compressor for our central air conditioning had failed, on this very hot Tuesday. I immediately contacted the installer, who said they would be happy to come out and repair it…….. on Friday…...four days later. We have used Precise Plumbing, Heating and Air for all our plumbing needs in the past and their service has always been above and beyond, so we thought we should see if they could help us with our air conditioning problem, sooner than four days from now. Understanding that this is likely AC repair's busiest season, we did not expect much and I was packing in preparation to invade our relatives homes for the remainder of the week. As I was preparing for the bad news and to hang up so I could try another company, they surprised me with, "we'll be there within the hour". I thought awesome, but the catch may be that this will cost us thousands of $$. Precise's service people arrived within 45 minutes of our call, found the problem and fixed it. They found a simple repair and charged an astoundingly fair fee. We cannot recommend them enough! In 2008, I had the basement of my 1926 home dug out. I purchased what I thought was a totally new furnace, but learned later that Precise Plumbing used a significant part from my old furnace from 1989. The "new" furnace was actually one from 2004, not 2008. I was falsely told that the new furnace was not compatible with my current air conditioning unit and that the air conditioning unit needed to be replaced. When the heating and air conditioning process was being completed, I complained that there was a flexible duct that was hanging down from the rafters in my basement close to the wall. Precise said that the duct was placed right. I fired Precise and hired a new heating and air conditioning company who made some changes in the sheet metal work to the furnace and placed the flexible duct in another area where it would not be hanging down in the room. Precise also took out my existing copper plumbing used in my upstairs and replaced it with PVC pipe saying that the copper plumbing was not compatible with the PVC pipe that was installed downstairs by Precise. I received no reimbursement for the copper pipe or the furnace which was replaced. Recently, the sink in my kitchen became plugged so badly that the wall board in my basement had to be removed in order to get at the clogged pipe. Stott Plumbing told me that the clog occurred because the pipe installed by Precise Plumbing was at a 90 degree angle, created a blockage. Stott Plumbing installed a curved pipe with no sharp angles. I am a single woman and feel that Precise Plumbing, Heating and Air took advantage of me because of my status. I have spent thousands of dollars paid to Precise on things that did not need to be replaced and repairs and replacements on the inadequate work done by Precise. All of the work done in my home was done by the owner of Precise (Russ Bueller). I am concerned that there are other areas in my home where Precise has done shoddy work, disasters waiting to happen. I have used Precise Plumbing Heating and Air on a number of projects for both my personal residence and rental property. Their staff is always professional and they do the job right the first time. I will continue to use them in the future.
