EXCELLENT company. Wonderful young man was early and meticulously serviced all the houses indoor slits and three outside condensers. Told me what he was doing. Hard worker and wonderful attitude. Can’t say enough 10 stars
Jerome from Precise HVAC provided the most positive customer experience for us during this heat wave. Jerome was able to diagnose and replaced the failed central A/C blower motor all in less than one day. Our home is now nice and cool during this heat wave. Jerome is very knowledgeable, and his service was extremely expeditious, courteous and the pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Precise HVAC for all your future HVAC needs.
Absolutely the best service! Highly recommended! Our central AC system was making a lot of noise and eventually broke down completely. The whole house was very hot during this heat wave. The owner Jerome was able to find a very hard to find motor for the central AC and was quick to get it working smoothly. It is now running colder and smoother than before.
Install split AC units with hyperheat
My elderly parent's heat went out during a cold afternoon. We scrambled to reach out to different HVAC companies and we were quoted crazy amounts. Some wouldn't come by to even look at it without $300 up front. Luckily I dropped off a heater for them while I looked for someone to help. Their apartment dropped to 40F overnight. Super dangerous for my 70+ year old parents. I reached out to Precise HVAC and Jerome answered my call for help. First thing the next morning he stopped by, assessed the issue, and repaired the issue right then and there. We were told by other companies that we'd have to replace parts and the entire job would be twice what I paid Precise HVAC. Jerome was transparent and thorough and his passion for his craft was evident in his work. He literally got my parents out of a dangerous situation. I found myself a trusted HVAC company. You won't go wrong with Precise HVAC! Highly recommended.
In the middle of the pandemic, AND during a 90+ degree heat-wave, Jerome met me at my MRI office late in the evening and fixed my problem. The MRI doesn't function in the heat so he saved me losing a lot of money and my business relationships with referring doctors. He was on time, and very professional. I enjoyed talking with him while he worked and he was really nice and answered all my questions as I love fixing things myself. And, lastly, his fee was very reasonable. THANK YOU!
Had the best experience with Precise HVAC. I spoke on the phone with Jerome Lin - he was very professional and knowledgeable. I had an ongoing problem with my HVAC system and had gone to other places before but the issue kept reoccurring. After Jerome came to take a look and fix the issue, my system is now working better than ever. One of the main things I look for is HVAC system that provides good quality of air - after expressing this Jerome was able to recommend me a system. Ever since then I feel like the air flow in my house is cleaner. Not only is this company reliable, they answer quick, is efficient and comes with affordable pricing. 10/10 would do work with them again and recommend to friends/family!
