My daughter had this company an ac system and he won't honor the warranty or check the system out cause he doesn't have her listed as a customer. Even though she has the warranty paperwork. Her system hasn't cooled correctly since being installed.

I have used them twice now and they have been very helpful. I live in and own an apartment house and they have done work for multiple of my apartments now. They helped come up with solutions to keep my air separate from my tenants and even threw in a free upgrade to help me breathe fresh air because I told them I have asthma. I won't be bothered by allergens from my tenants now. They were professional and helpful, with good prices. Will definitely use them again. Thank you

I needed my heat pump repaired. I called in the morning and they were able to come to my home just a few hours later. Their price was incredibly reasonable and they explained things to me along the way. Very friendly service and I will be calling them again in the future!

When another HVAC company tells you something is broken and your entire furnace needs to be replaced, call Paul. We were looking at a $6,800 quote for a new furnace until Paul showed us proof that nothing was wrong other than a couple quick fixes. Honesty and trust goes a long way in any business and we now have that with Precise Comfort HVAC. Thanks guys!
Our Air went out and it was hot, they responded quickly which I greatly appreciated. Turns out my condenser needed cleaned and my filter was filthy and starving my system of air flow. Very honest company that could have told me anything and I would have said fix it, but it was a simple fix and they simply fixed it and educated me on how to prevent this in the future. Highly recommend this company!
Great plumbing/HVAC outfit. Came out and gave me a free quote, very responsive, very honest. Came out on a Saturday and the work was done like they said they would, and I paid what they quoted. Never going with any of these other big box plumbing/HVAC. These guys are in my phone book as my go to! They’re smaller now, but they’re going to book up real quick.

Brian and Paul went the extra mile (470 of them to be exact-round trip!) to take care of our needs. They gave a great quote, provided excellent service and quality products, and recommended ways to maintain our unit in the future. Paul set up and taught us how to use our new Smart Thermostat and informed us of possible rebates available from our electric company. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 5⭐️

Would absolutely recommend! They provide both commercial and residential service. I run an Office on the west side of Indianapolis. I contacted Precise Comfort because we needed annual maintenance that hadn’t been performed in quite some time and one of 3 furnaces wasn’t running at all!!!! From the point of scheduling to the fairness of the quote (I got several) to the timely completion, this company never skipped a beat! The gentleman came to the office at the time he promised. He kept me in the loop answering all my questions as to what he was inspecting, performing, and executing all the while doing it. Once he maintained two office systems and 3 furnaces, he then lets me know we had a defective thermostat. He goes to his work van. to retrieve the replacement thermostat, Things have gone so well and smoothly up until now, I’m half expecting him to tell me he doesn’t have one, or he’s missing a tool, or needs to go get one from the shop. Quite the contrary actually…. HE HAS IT! He gets the thing installed and I’m still impressed with this company from start to finish. Not your typical HVAC company! ~Highly Recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Precise was awesome! My parents heat went out early in the morning. They were prompt in answering the phone and setting up a time to come out. They were able to diagnose the issue and fix it quickly. They also did not charge a ton of money to make the fix. The level of service was outstanding and we will for sure be calling them again not only for my parents home but ours as well…. Well done!!

We called because our AC went out. Our a-coil kept freezing up. Brian not only got our AC repaired, by replacing the a-coil but he went above and beyond on fixing the unit and giving us great tips on how to prevent that from happening and recommending a better filter. He did a tremendous job and his pricing was better than most.
