Wonderful for coming thru at 1am when I had a heating emergency. Marlon was able to fix the problem while my children slept and we woke up to the heated home. I'm recommending Porters heating and cooling to everyone!

I would never allow this company back in our house. No show one time, called didn’t answer and no apology. Late 45minutes 2nd time. Hired new HVAC company and discovered part was put in wrong as well as wrong diagnostic to begin with. Called many times to explain air temperature was 80 degrees the next day after the repair. No answer, obviously he knew our number. Called from someone else’s phone - he answered immediately, full of excuses. Reporting to BBB. Pursing legal action. This company should have their license revoked.
The worst hvac guy around. Marlon from this company is a pathetic excuse of an employee or owner. I doubt he’s the owner with how unprofessional my experience was. Literally worst experience ever. Charged $1300 for Freon before fixing anything and called the cops when I told him fix it, he said no pay me my $1300 for Freon first. AC is still not working.
