Super knowledgeable group who gets the job done! Hands down the best in the business.
The 2 men who installed our new a/c & furnace were absolutely amazing! My 2.5 yr old granddaughter was constantly chatting with them, wanting to help them etc. The guys were so sweet to her and kept working the whole time. The guys arrived on time, performed both installations, removed the old systems and cleaned up all the mess much faster than I thought was even possible. The price was extremely reasonable and the professionalism of the guys was amazing! Thank you Porter Heat & Air for getting us ready for this winter, next summer and for years to come! Also, thank you specifically for the kindness & patience toward our granddaughter.
Porter Heat Air and Refrigeration LLC is an excellent service provider. My AC compressor crashed due to a power surge and at the same time I had a coil leak rendering my entire HVAC unit limping at best. John, Jeanette and Brad made the necessary time to come to my home an assess my unit(s). The next day I had Air Conditioning and had secured a coil unit which was scheduled for installation the day after Thanksgiving. The Porter team is incredibly responsive and competitively priced. Once you participate in their service program you become a part of the family. Thanks Porter Heat Air and Refrigeration! You're the best!!
The lady Jackie I believe that answers the phone is not professional what so ever!! Glad I didn’t give them my business I recommend not using them if this is how they answer there phone’s very unprofessional in my opinion! I will be having someone else do my massive project on my new shipping facility!!

Porter Heat & Air installed a mini split unit for my garage. I am thankful for them being upfront and honest on the unit choice for the size of my garage. They were quick to install, knowledgeable, and price competitive. After the installation, they cleaned everything up like they were never here. Service techs went above and beyond by explaining remote and wireless connectivity. Highly recommended!!! Thank you Porter Heat & Air!!!
I have called Porter at least three times for various issues. They respond promptly, and correctly diagnose the issue. The employees are professional, methodical, and very competent. I trust them completely, and recommend them to anyone who needs reliable, honest service.
Excellent service. They were fast to respond and take care of me. The installation was done quickly and they cleaned everything up. They gave me excellent advice as to what would be the best and most economical system for me as well as directing me to financing. I highly recommend this local company.

Not only are they the best in the business, they are honest, reliable, and go above and beyond to help their customers. They have worked on our air conditioner a few times and keep it running well even though our unit is 18 years old. Their family run business treats us like family too.
Installed a new unit in my house years ago. I’ve used them three times since. Two thermostat upgrades (programmable and then wi-if), And again a couple of weeks ago to charge my unit that wasn’t cooling well.

Great people. I rent from their kin and the couple of times the AC/HEAT has acted up since I've lived here the Porters are here in a timely manner and ALWAYS have the ac/heat working perfect when they leave. They take the time to explain what happened as well as precautions to take.
When I lived in Oklahoma Porter Heat and Air was the only company I would use. Honest Professional and a great job!
