Very professional service.
Called because my a/c was making a grinding noise and then died. They came asap and fixed the issue by the following day. Great work and now I signed up for the yearly membership to keep my unit tip top. Nice people and answered all my questions. Speak English and Spanish so both I and my parents could communicate.
Top notch group! Came out a day early during a heat wave to do the diagnosis, showed up at 6:45am the next day, removed my old unit, had the new one installed, new thermostat programmed by 9:30 and we’re on their way. Clean, friendly, and very professional. I highly recommend!

Popular was great!!!! They were responsive and arrived earlier than estimated. Unfortunately for me I needed a complete replacement but Javier and his guys were here bright and early to replace my a/c unit the next morning. My A/C went out in 94° temp. Popular AC came out quickly for diagnostics and pinpointed the problem. They then qouted me a fair price for the repair/install. They worked quickly and went above and beyond. Great customer service! I will definitely be using them again when needed.

We were in a bind when our air conditioner was tripping the breaker, thus running only the fan in the middle of July last year. I found them via googling. There was a service guy out within a couple of hours, if not less. He came in and diagnosed the problem then immediately fixed the issue which included replacing some of the breakers along with replacing the compressor. They had it running ice cold in no time! The owner and employees were very knowledgeable and friendly. We feel the pricing was probably fair. They offer financing which was awesome because we didn't have the entire amount upfront. Everything was no hassle. I would give 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but I feel the financing percentage rate was extremely high! Nevertheless, they fixed the problem, did what they said and we were allowed to pay it out over time. We recommend this company.

Great people here. It’s a family owned business and they even came back out a few months later for a separate issue and fixed it for free! It was our fault, they fixed it, and told us how to keep it from happening. Will reach out again
This company is one of the best I’ve seen. I was put in a terrible predicament because of another A/C company that had already been out 5 times. Popular AC diagnosed the issue in 15 minutes. They have such kind demeanors and were very helpful and will absolutely be using them for all my A/C needs.
