Excellent and very professional with amazing prices!!! I called another company out the day before and they wanted $895 to repair?? Called Polland and sons ( appliance division ) their heating and air is Polnelli Heating . They did the repair for $479.99. ( They are a family business and very nice and courteous. The technicians explain after their done, what you need to do to properly maintain your appliance or furnace or air conditioner. I recommended them to my neighbor across the street and they where so impressed that the following day they went to their daughters home.
Our 6-year-old refrigerator suddenly stopped working. Tony was fast, effective, provided good recommendations, and was polite to my wife and me. Happy to have it repaired rather than sold a new fridge. Everything you want in a repairman! Will call him again.
Tony came out to service our icemaker. Rather than just stating that the icemaker was bad and selling us a new one, he explained how the electronics of the unit worked. Further he showed us a little known trick to reset the icemaker and get it working again. Tony was thoroughly professional, and I was happy to pay the service charge when he left. The icemaker has been working as it should for some 4 weeks now.
