Got on the schedule for the next day! Other places said it would be a week! The tech,Chris, diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly! Made the repair and was done in about an hour! I will not hesitate to call if I ever need repairs!

The company I was using didn’t return my calls. I called Polk Air. They were very helpful. Rob came out Saturday morning and fixed my a/c. Told me the surge protector wasn’t working so I had that replaced. Very professional technician. Will use Polk Air from now on.
