We have been customers since 2018. They have always been responsive, professional, and competitively priced. We recently had an issue with our mini split. Angelo and his team were dedicated to completing the job even after receiving full payment. The unit they repaired ended up being under warranty for replacement. After the new install the until would report an error, they continued to troubleshoot the issue until it was resolved. The manufacturer ended up having a known issue that was finally identified and addressed. I highly recommend them for routine HVAC servicing and repair.
I can't say enough good things about Angelo and Polar Tropic! Replaced my HVAC system for a very reasonable price. Was professional throughout the process, keeping me updated and explainsed as he went along. AND Angelo is just a nice, pleasant guy! Great experience! Highly recommend!

Angelo is a gentleman and a thorough professional. Very communicative and respectful of your time. Came out late on a wet Saturday evening to fix my furnace. Turned out to be a minor fix but he did a service at no extra cost. If you need a heating technician then don’t waste your time looking elsewhere. Highly recommended . After searching and receiving multiple quotes I found that Angelo with Polar Tropic Home Service was informative, thorough, punctual and professional! Angelo provided an honest competitive quote and made sure everything was perfect before finalizing. I had both of my heating and air systems replaced to a more efficient system to help in cooling and hopefully savings. I can't say enough on how happy I am with Polar Tropic and challenge anyone to compare with other companies. A+ job

As the weather is getting colder I am particularly appreciative of my wonderful new furnace and hot water heater! Angelo did a fabulous job and the price was excellent. He even made the effort to introduce himself to my dog which made my dog much less stressed during the lengthy install process. I would unhesitatingly recommend Angelo's company to anyone needing HVAC or Hot water service.
We got quotes from this company and from two other large HVAC companies in the Atlanta area, and this was the cheapest, with comparable hardware and warrantees. When we were ready to replace or AC, they were able to schedule an appointment within two days. Very professional service. I would definitely recommend to a friend.
