Listen up folks, if you're looking to have a good laugh, you're in the wrong place! Because Polar Heating and Air Conditioning is no joke - they're seriously amazing! A friend of ours recommended them, and we were so glad they did! These guys came over, checked out our old system, and immediately gave us a bid for a brand spanking new one. Our old heat pump was screaming so loud, we were without heat or AC for a whole freaking month! But these guys didn't mess around - they had us on their schedule faster than you can say "Frosty the Snowman"! They came over, crawled into our crawlspace (which was probably a nightmare for them because it's super tight down there), and voila! They had our old system replaced in just a few hours! Now, the only thing my wife complains about is how cold it is in the house on these sweltering 90-degree days. But hey, I'll take her whining about the cold over her whining about the heat any day! Polar Heating and Air Conditioning, you guys rock!
Chris and Jason are great at what they do. Would recommend for new installs and service both. We had a new install and after several quotes from around town, this was the only company to give me exactly what I asked for and not try to upsell me. Have recommended them to several friends and all have had exceptional experiences. Honest, hardworking guys that will do a great job.
Honest, hard-working, owner operated business. Came home after work to find our A/C was out - Chris came in after hours and got us up and running in a heart beat. Been using these guys for the last 9 years and wouldn't consider anyone else. Keep up the great work!!
I just love this company! They've come to my rescue a couple of times for different things, all minor, but very much needed! They are quick, friendly, and thorough in their work. I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know that needs their service!
My AC had a leak! I called a good friend Mike-Leslie Fairbairn and they recommend Poler AC. I called left a message and got called back(thanks). Jason from Poler AC not only gave me valuable information about my AC but he pointed me to the right person I needed to contact. Long story short! My AC until is still under warranty! Thanks Jason 👍. So we got a new AC Unit 👏👏👏. FYI just in case you’re not aware make sure that you register your appliances. Thanks Jason you’re awesome.
I called several times and finally left a detailed message asking for AC service at my home. No one ever responded. Poor customer service.
Our a/c went out late in the day so we left a message and by 9:30am the next morning they had someone out and the problem fixed and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
In a time when it's extremely difficult to get company's to be responsive to service calls, Jason @ Polar Heating & Air will restore your faith in humanity and EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I called Jason a couple of months ago when it started to get cold and we were having furnace issues. He did such a great job that when my elderly parents (80+ years old) were having furnace problems, Polar Heating was who I called. Jason said, due to scheduling issues, that he would get to them before the end of the day, which was completely acceptable to me. But literally and hour later, he was calling from my parents house to give me an update on the status of their furnace. I said "Wow, you got out there quick!" Jason says "Well, I rearranged my schedule when you said they were elderly and had no heat...I couldn't let them be in the cold all day..." Wow. Blown away. Thank You, Jason for your amazing work ethic. You have earned my respect and loyalty.
Christmas and Jason have been phenomenal and on the ball for us. When we have an emergency, they make sure to for us in to their already very busy schedule. I get why they are in such high demand, THEY ARE AWESOME. Honest, quick, fair, and priced just right.
