In 2016 I needed to have my A/C serviced, new to the area I asked a lifetime resident who to call. He suggested Polar. I'm glad he did. Polar came out serviced my A/C. The service techs are professional, knowledgeable and nice. I usually have lots of questions that they always answer patiently, and they even change my 3 filters if needed. Last summer my A/C didn't cool as well as it has been. I have an older unit and instead of repairing it, I decided to buy a new heat pump. Polar service tech, 'Rockey' answered all my questions, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I currently have a 4 ton unit, using my sq.footage and 10' ceilings, I could use either a 4 or 5 ton unit. They called later to tell me that they don't have in stock a 4 ton unit but would sell me the 5 ton unit at the quoted price, they could do the job on Monday morning (today is Friday) and there would be no charge for todays service call. I will be a Polar customer for as long as they'll have me! Janet, Yuma, AZ
$75 for A/C check up (OK). *$75 for transportation fee to Wellton* (Not OK). Seems high?

Wow, what a great company! The technician arrived early, very polite, an extremely knowledgeable. We were concerned a new unit might be necessary, but only a simple fix. Yes! You never know who you can trust these days, but for sure, Polar!

Our 16 year old furnace/AC finally went out. They came out the next day gave us an amazing low cost estimate. Within 4 business days they were at our house with a large crew installing our new unit! Super professional!

These guys are pure professional. I have tried other company (recommended by someone) and for the same service the other company gave me 40% more expensive quote. That is after they were not answering my phone calls for several days. Polar Cooling was different. 1) the person answering the phone could give me a price range RIGHT AWAY 2) they sent team for a quote same day (within 2 hours of 1st phone call) 3) value price for the service, quick and to the point.
