Polar Bear was great and installed a mini-split AC system in my home music studio very quickly. I've had zero problems keeping the room cold for over a year now. However, I recently started doing some recording work and noticed a significant low-frequency hum that I hadn't realized was there all along. It was incredibly annoying and you could hear it on the recordings under everything else. I gave them a call however, and the installer came right over and was able to eliminate the noise with some anti-vibration material under the compressor. It's absolutely fantastic now! They provided outstanding service, performed well after the initial install date, and I couldn't be happier with the result! My studio is cold and quiet. Excellent! Thank you so much!

Wow! It's becoming more rare to find honest, knowledgeable, professionals. After speaking with several other HVAC companies, I was not only concerned but almost convinced that I needed a whole new HVAC system. Then a contractor friend told me to call Polar Bear saying "they have the experience to know for sure if it can be fixed, and, they will know how." Vanessa started to troubleshoot the problems of my unconventional set- up over the phone and spoke to the technician, Carl, in detail prior to the appointment. Carl, was prompt, informed, kind and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly, installed a new part, tested everything and gave me tips on maintenance I can do myself, to prolong the life of my unit. Polar Bear saved my unit that is over 17 years old and it's working perfectly again! This team is a true example of honest, ethical and knowledgeable professionals.

Had this company install a new AC unit in 2019. Had a couple hiccups bringinging new equipment into a house built in the late 80's but everything they got everything worked out and they were understanding and pleasant during the install. Plus, whenever I reached out they had a quick response time. Fast forward to 2022 when the AC stopped cooling, reached out and they had a tech come on the day/time I requested, fixed it quickly (something with a fuse failing) and didn't charge me a dime! Said it was under warranty, nice to find a company that stands by their work. Will use them again for sure when the time comes and would recommend to all of you!
We have used Polar Bear over the years. We have multiple homes we use for business - RCFE homes - and Polar Bear has been our go to repair shop. It’s usually Craig who comes out to check out our system. Vanessa is in the office who always goes above and beyond to help us. I would highly recommend them as they are responsive and reliable. We have to appreciate those kind of people.
I called Polar Air & Heating because my AC was not cooling. I was pleased to have an appointment for the next day. Carl was on time, very professional & knowledgeable and found my AC problem. He conducted a leak test and determined the best course of action which solved the problem. I would highly recommend Polar Air & Heating and will use them again if need be.
During one of the hottest times of the year our A/C system died but it was Polar Bear to the rescue! These good people were responsive, efficient, skilled professionals. It’s not only for comfort that we like it cool. Dealing with illness requires it. And Polar Bear never disappointed us. I am so glad that we found them. I think you will be too.
Well i cannot say enouph about Polar Bear Heating and Air! I was able to get a hold of them at 4 pm and the most polite and friendly scheduling session ever inssues, when Carl, who is the man!, say you "you home? I'll be there in 30". Shows up and fixes my mini split like nothing. Can't beat the pricing, the speed, the service and carl! Can't beat Carl. If your reading this just stop and call you wont be disappointed! The senior community my elderly mother lived in always called Polar Bear. The Technician that came to help my mom with her air conditioner was Carl. I was there to help her understand any problems….it turned out to be the thermostat…and A simple fix. I liked Carl instantly. He had come after hours on his way home as another technician was hung up at another job. He was so kind and I could see why the community liked him…and he and trusted him Stories of companies ripping off seniors angers him… so when our Furnance died, we called PolarBear..we met and discussed options and the price was so much better than my other bids for lesser quality. We met the owners and the installers were great. Months later , a hiccup occurred and we could tell something was going on up in the attic with the furnace. So I immediately grabbed the phone on a Saturday morning and within a couple of hours Carl arrived and was able to find the glitch and made the repair.. hiccups can happen in every product or use….I was so glad we used Polar Bear because they have been around for a long time, take pride in their customer service , and were so speedy in seeing what the problem was….that’s when headaches can begin to try and get the company to respond or support the needs of their past customers.
