Had a full system installed and my bill has been averaging 100 per month more over the last year. Come to find out they completely trashed our plenum box and did a horrible job connecting ductwork. Leaks and we’ve been heating and cooling our entire attic. I do not recommend.

The most reliable and honest AC repair service company by far. Got their number from a very happy and satisfied neighbor. Tom is very professional and is not a rip-off like other several AC repair companies we worked with before. He is experienced enough to perform the diagnostics within just one service call saving you tons of time and money. I would highly recommend this company over anyone else.
Dec 2019 - Had 2 new HVAC complete systems AC & Heat installed by Tom of Polar Bear AC & Heat and his crew of 4. After first talking and receiving bids from 4 other AC companies, I called Tom and am glad I did. He did several installations in my subdivision already and after talking with them, getting Tom to come out and give me an eval and price, I decided on using Polar Bear and installed the American Std 5 ton platinum variable speed 20 seer and 2 ton 16 seer silver series AC & associated qualified Heat units also. They were fast, complete, professional and respectful of my home & property and cleaned up everything. Started at 7:30am and was gone by 1:30pm with everything finished. Best investment and price/performance as well as best AC company in my opinion you can hire.
Been using them for many years. Always honest and fairly priced. Recommend them to everyone who asks for a good HVAC company.

Tom is a genuinely good person! We have utilized his services several times. He replaced the entire HVAC system in 2016. His pricing was more than fair and his support since has been outstanding! Highly recommend calling Tom with your a/c & heating needs!
My wife was driving home and saw one of their drivers speeding and cutting off traffic at Preston and Panther Creek. When my wife called to tell them about their reckless driver, the person who answered the phone hung up on her. (We believe the person who answered the phone was actually the person driving). My wife called back, and the man wouldn’t answer the phone. If this is how this company treats people who are trying to be vigilant, maybe they really don’t need your business. Like the other comment said, their are PLENTY of other a/c and heat companies in this area. And like my wife said in the message she had to leave the second time she called, she is going to make sure that she leaves reviews of your company on all social media platforms so that your potential customers know what type of company they are supporting.
Slow down! You're going to hit a child! And be nice to people when they call you. We have a lot of options here in Celina and you will not be one of mine!
Prompt, honest, and fair. Free quotes and second opinions if you're getting a new unit, with solid advice rather than a sales pitch. Tom in particular was very straightforward, knowledgeable, and helpful. Offered a great price without the hassle of haggling. Would highly recommend to others.
