On time and knowledgeable
Wonderful fast service.
Well definitely use this company again if needed. The original AC unit and furnace on my house was too small for what was required so it would burn out very frequently. Pocock heading and cooling helped me figure out so of my options and their service was incredibly timely. Julie and the technicians that came out were super friendly and I never felt like I was being pressured into any decisions. Thank you guys so much for fixing our problems in this crazy summer heat!
Power loss ac unit was not running properly got immediate response and unit fixed by Mark pocock himself super hot out great home town company.

I have had Pocock's out twice this year to replace my two very old HVAC systems. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. They were able to get me set up with new systems on both occasions very quickly. 10/10, would recommend to anyone needing HVAC work.

Son took over business. Dad passed away 11/20. Son, Came in without uniform, no notebook to take notes or to write a bid. Called his Ruud supplier, talked about finances, then shot me high bid for furnace and coil and did not check my elèctrical to see that I needed a new breaker. Truck has MAC heating & cooling sign on it. Found more professional company.
They came to service two A/C units and said they needed $600 of Freon. When I asked if there were leaks they said two evaporator coils needed replacing for another $2600. I paid them $238 for the service call and the next company put their gauges on and said there was nothing wrong with the units and replaced the filters. Now everything works great.
I cannot say enough good things! Thank you for the fast, wonderful service! Your guys were so friendly and knowledgeable. When I am able to replace the unit I will definitely be contacting your company!
When out AC shorted out and needed replaced, Mark came out the same day to give us a free estimate. He also had sevetal options to chose from and helped us make a decision based on our wants and needs. His estimate on a furnace and AC system was significantly less than his competitors and the equipment was either the same efficiency rating or better. We also recieved a 10 year parts warranty. Due to a cancellation they were able to return the next day and install everything. The AC works perfectly which is nice since we are back up in the 90s again. Highly Highly recommend Pocock to anyone.
My heater went out Wednesday morning and for the first time, I wasn't able to fix it myself. I called Pocock due to the fact they're a local, family run business. I couldn't be more pleased with my decision. First off, the lady that answered the phone was a great consultant, and was able to have a technical conversation with me about things I'd already checked, things that could possibly be the issue, and us finally both agreeing that the best course of action was to have a tech come out to check my furnace. Mark (the owner) showed up later that day and assessed the situation. He was friendly, personable, and I really appreciated that he took the time to show me what he was doing inside my unit as he troubleshot, what the components were, how to read the diagnostic lights, etc. It was as if I was his apprentice, and it was very evident this guy could do his job blindfolded with one hand tied behind his back. At the same time, I was confident and certain that I wasn't being jerked around and overcharged like some of the horror stories I hear about other companies. Within a short time, Mark had our furnace back up and running like a champ, and our bill was only the service visit fee of $89! He even threw in a new furnace filter, to boot. I have already recommended these guys to half a dozen people, and I won't be calling anyone else but them in the future. Way to go, guys! Thank you!

Had a great experience with this company. They were quick, thorough, and affordable. What's better is they're a local family business. If I ever need service or maintenance on my A/C or Heater, I will go through them. Ask for Mark when you have service done, he's the best at what he does and really personable.
What can I say we had a great experience from this company, very helpful with the issues we had with our heater and just before winter too! I would recommend this company to anyone and will be using them again if ever needed!
