The owner responded to my text on a holiday and came out the next day. Fixed the problem within an hour and didn’t overcharge. Will definitely use him again. He was a very nice family guy. As a native Floridian I’ve seen a lot of interesting techs, so it’s nice when you come across someone you actually like. Thanks!
Spoke with Phil and he set me up with Patrick. Great guys that do great work. Had my AC up and going for me in no time. Highly recommend.

Our AC was slowly going out over the last 2 weeks and completely stopped working last Thursday. I called Patrick and he showed up to meet me EARLY and worked with my work schedule. He was professional, courteous and had all the parts already to fix the issue so my kids and I didn’t have to endure the almost 100 degree weekend! I was expecting to have to wait a couple days but Patrick made it happen! I will recommend y’all to anyone I know!!! I trust the work that has been done and finally have an honest AC guy! Phil treated us like family throughout the entire process of adding new vents and installing a UV purification system. He was incredibly honest with us about what would be best for our situation (something we never received from other big companies). His work speaks for itself, it looks and functions great in our home. Without a doubt, PMK will be our first and only call for HVAC work.
PMK air solutions replaced my whole HVAC system and reconstructed my air duct and upgraded my thermostat with the fanciest one I’ve ever seen. Within a day and a half, they had everything done and running perfectly. I am over satisfied with their work. They are also very friendly. Will definitely be recommending to anyone who needs their ac worked on. Great Job!
A/C was having issues today. House was like a sauna and Philip came to the rescue. Did an amazing job, friendly, and reasonable. Definitely will use again.
Phill was very professional and upfront. Got me hooked up with a new thermostat and some other parts to make sure the unit is running smooth for a long time highly recommend this company on time and very knowledgeable. Will use again in the future.
PMK would be my go to for anything AC related going forward. My AC was blowing hot air. I called and Pat was very pleasant. He kept me inform until he showed up to diagnose the issue. He knows his work because he immediately had a sense of what’s wrong and how to fix it. He explained everything to me as he was working. Most companies tries to sell other things not PMK, my AC was up and running within a hour. The price for the work is worth it. The customer service and work I would give a 20 out of 10. Once you use PMK air solutions you never go back.
I own a residential rental company in North Carolina so I am well aware of the "replace don't repair" marching orders most HVAC companies enforce on their technicians. It is far more profitable to replace a system than to repair one. Fortunately I have my own HVAC tech on staff for those properties. I do not have such luxury here in Orlando, but I can honestly say Phil and his company is the next best thing. I trust Phil 100%. Why...? Phil is amazingly responsive, professional, and perhaps most importantly, extremely knowledgeable. I have known Phil for some time and I have never had a single reason to second guess his analysis of a problem or his solution. He has been servicing my HVAC (until last year, at two separate properties) for years and I cannot tell you what a de-stressor it is to have an HVAC company you can trust on speed dial. To not have to worry about a random HVAC tech showing up and trying to sell you on a $10,000 unit...you almost cannot put a price on that. Fortunately for Phil's customers, it turns out the price is really reasonable! I could go on and on about the honestly, transparency, knowledge, and fairness of Phil and PMK Air Solutions. I cannot imagine a scenario where someone felt they did not get supreme service at a very, very fair price. For as long as I live in Orlando, Phil/PMK will be my only HVAC company.
I'm just going to start by saying I'm blown away by PMK. My pregnant wife called me at 5:45 pm stating that the ac wasn't working,it was 84° in our house and PMK was there within the hour to fix my unit. They went above and beyond once they learned my situation and had me up and going same night. For a company to be that responsive,go to the parts warehouse so late on a Friday night and make sure everything was working before they left says alot about the company culture and character. To say I will forever use PMK is an understatement!
Phill came on time and provide a diagnostic and perfor the repair the same day. Very professional . I will use them again and definitely recommend them.
