When I called Patrick to inform him about a leak from the water heater , he immediately came over and assess. He informed me that it is old, May be since the house has been built over 50 yrs and I had to also change the chimney liner as well because it was cracked. When I got the quote, he professionally explained what the job will and the new regulations of the State of Maryland for this type of job. Of course I did not have the money on hand at that time he was patient enough to wait and to check if the leak was getting worst and if I had hot water. Finally I was ready and the crew was very flexible and came on a Sunday. When I saw the new water heater, with all the new pipe etcccc it blew me away but I was satisfied and I knew I was good for a couple of years. The itemized bill was very detailed. No hidden charges. Thank you PMF mechanical for a job well done
Our A/C stopped working only to find out that the entire system was installed wrong. Patrick and his team came out and completely replaced our A/C and heating system. They came in and did the job very well and quickly. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to come work on this problem. I would highly recommend PMf mechanical contrators.

I can't say enough good things about PMF Mechanical and home Improvement! They did a ton of work on our house.They repaired the air conditioning, replaced the hot water heater, replaced hardwood floors, remodeled the bathroom, redid our kitchen floor, and replaced the gutter around the house. Our home is now all water free and we no longer have any issues. They were simply great!
