I can’t speak highly enough of Darrell and his associates! Not only did they come out to service my furnace last minute they also gave me tons of great home maintenance tips! Hire them, you will not regret it.
I truly enjoyed working with this company, especially Darrell. He is not only a nice person but also skillful, professional, and knowledgeable. He wants to do things right, no negotiation. He will take whatever time it takes to achieve this. I also witnessed his patience and contribution in developing his plumber apprentice who came with him. He is certainly a rare person to find in this profession. Thank you, Darrell.
These guys are FANTASTIC! We had them replace a water pressure valve in our crawlspace but we also had them look at a few other concerns around our house that we recently purchased. Not only did Darrell take the time to inspect the areas of concern but he also spent time sharing advice and several tips for maintaining a home. As new homeowners, we were beyond grateful that he took the time to share some of his expertise and give us a peace of mind! Don't hesitate to have this company help with any plumbing or heating needs you may have!
Came out and fixed our gas leak within an hour. We have a home built in the 90's and they were still knowledgeable on what the problem was. Appreciated their service very much! Highly recommend!
It's hard to find honest business owners nowadays. Called them to check on my furnace because the heater wasn't turning on, Thomas diagnosed my furnace and didn't find any issue and that the heater was working fine that day. He could have lied about it but he did not and told me that he won't be charging me for this. I'll be referring them to friends and family for sure and I will be using them again.
I appreciate everything this company has done for me because I called them with my problem and they fixed and did a wonderful job, I called again for a different issue and with the quickness they were back out and again did a great job!
The pressure relief valve on my hot water heater started leaking. Reached out to these guys, they were able to come next day. Very professional, did great work and had very fair prices. Happy customer!
Thomas and Darrell came out on time. They were very knowledgeable and their quote seemed fair. They even took the time to sweep, vacuum, and wipe the area, making it look better than it did before! Unlike previous experiences I’ve had, I did not feel pressured to have the work performed which was refreshing. Definitely will be referring them to friends and family.
Fixed my sputtering pipes after a terrible water heater installation job done by an independent contractor. Didn't meet my expectation at all. I bought a Groupon for their service. Groupon's deal detail page mentions 6 bullet points under what is included and not a single bullet was covered i.e. no inspection, cleaning, filter change, written assessment, etc. When confronted, the vendor said that I need to schedule another appointment with him. I decided to call another vendor just the next day (invoice attached) and he said no cleaning was done.
Ended up not needing any work done but they came out and inspected my home for free and explained the issues we were seeing and how to prevent them from returning in the future. Very kind and honest men. I would definitely recommend them and call them for any plumbing work I may need in the future.
Thomas came out the same day and got my tub faucet to turn off. What a relief.
Friendly and professional. We called 3 other plumbers in our area, and only one called us back. Darrell and Thomas came out to fix our bathroom DIY remodel. Darrell was willing to even help give advice for other projects we have going. Will definitely use them again.
I called them to schedule an appointment thinking I’d be out hundreds of dollars and I explained the problem to them and the guy talked me through my issue and helped me fix it before I even had to schedule a costly appointment. Thankful for all of his help. Would definitely recommend!
We had Darrell, owner/operator of Plumbing and Heating Specialist come to do the annual maintenance on our furnace. He was exactly on time, answered all our questions about filters, thermostat settings, and even about our disposall. Very reasonable price. We chose him because of his excellent ratings, and are pleased to add ours!

We had a leak pop up in our daylight basement recently and asked some friends for recommendations. Some close neighbors of ours highly recommended Darrell and his company Plumbing & Heating Specialist. We called and found him to be both friendly and responsive. We scheduled for a week out because our schedule is a bit crazy. When the leak got substantially worse one evening, we called back in hopes we might bump up our appointment. They came out next day! At 9:30 am! They were super friendly and understanding - and they worked quickly to determine what the problem was. They cut into the wall, helped my husband find what was going on, and determined it was a crack in the concrete. To make sure that was it, they also walked the outside and checked our outdoor piping as well as water metee.They gave us some repair fill and said they don't charge for assessments - but to let them know if we needed anything during the repair process for the seepage. We were so shocked at not being charged - that we were speechless as they left. We will be calling Darrell, Plumbing & Heating Specialist again for sure! We will definitely recommend them to friends and family as well. So thankful to our friends for recommending these guys.
Our renter's called on Saturday and said the furnace was acting up. I called Plumbing & Heating on Sunday and Thomas, one of the owners answered the phone to my surprise. He said he would be at the rental Monday afternoon and sure enough both owners Darrell and Thomas were there when I arrived. I was told the issue, given options and the prices up front. I went with installing a brand new furnace, due to ours being 15 years old and once one thing goes, usually the next issue is close behind. They came back the very next morning, took out the old furnace, put a brand new one in and were done. The furnace and the job they did looked amazing, that is for a new furnace, but the price was what we were told, actually a bit under and the furnace works throughout the entire home much nicer then the old. I am a review freak! I have read some nightmares and was very worried. But they have all 5 start reviews. Funny thing is, I had called my father and told him I was on my way to my rental and the issue with the furnace. My father said I don't know who you are using, but you seriously need to call the man (Darrell) who does all of my heating and furnace work. Come to find out, I talked to Thomas and my father has worked with Darrell and they are both the owners of Plumbing & Heating! Great Job, Reliable, On time, Cost up front with no hidden fees, Wonderful to work with and I will continue to work with them for now on! I couldn't say thank you enough and I believe the best way to thank someone is to write them a review, or vise versa! This review just happens to be 5 star perfect! Thank you again Darrell and Thomas for a beautiful job!

We called multiple places that said we would have to wait days before someone even looks at it. Called the Plumbing and Heating Specialist and they came out that afternoon. Thomas came out and he was super knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.
