My HVAC quit working at the hottest time of year and on a 4 day weekend. Installer squeezed me in for detail on Tuesday and I had a quote back within the hour. Price was great and the were able to install new unit before the weekend. Definitely recommend to family and friends
We had to have our whole Ac/Heat Unit replaced and the service was great at a reasonable price. They were very professional and on time and I most definitely will recommend. Great work!

Long story short. They serviced 1 AC unit. Very impressed with the professionalism and the honesty/openness with me about everything. There was a separate issue that they could not help me with bc of my home warranty but Pleasant Temp went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Great customer service!!!
Pleasant temp. Did a wonderful job installing my new a.c. unit. Mr. Hill showed me every major component on the unit . He even gave me tips on how,to maintain minor things on the unit. I am,truly satisfied with my equipment.

I called them at the last minute after another company would not come out, and they came within an hour! This was so awesome because my son has asthma and had just gotten over pneumonia and can not be hot or it would trigger coughing! So needless to say I was thrilled that they said they would come within an hour and they were there in less than an hour, they worked hard, even in the dark, and completely fixed the problem and we had a cool night! The price was also reasonable and they did not even charge anything extra! They also were friendly and smiling and a pleasure to deal with! I will be calling them for all my future ac needs, and I highly recommend everyone to do business with them. Also don’t be swayed by the bad reviews because people are stressed when they are hot and tend to write bad reviews and don’t consider that sometimes a company can’t come despite best intentions like in the case of vehicles breaking, we all have had a broken car and what was the technician to do, if he is sitting on the road? We just need to be more understanding before we write bad reviews. If the technician car would have broke before my service, I would have just waited. The company does try hard to give good service and I recommend them highly!

I was very happy with the service I received from Pleasant Temperatures. The HVAC technician, Jamar, was able to come to our house the day after submitting a service request with our home warranty company, which is unusual for AHS to be honest. I'd recommend this company for heating and air conditioning related work in the Baton Rouge area.
I don't see how anyone could work with this company. I requested service Sunday. They didn't respond until Tuesday saying they would come Wednesday. They then called Wednesday saying they couldn't come because of "vehicle problems" and then didn't show up Thursday. Nothing "Pleasant" about my experience with this company.
I was very satisfied with the work performed. It was done very professionally and on time considering the work that was done--completely removing the old unit and replacing it with the new unit including ductwork. I'm glad I chose Pleasant Temperatures Heat & Air. Look forward to doing business in the future!
