I would recommend Plat Mechanical to everyone and anyone who needs AC or Furnace work. They are great to work with, install went smoothly and super clean. Their workers are amazing and very personable.
PM arrived promptly on the day scheduled to replace my boiler. It took most of the day to complete the work which was done very professionally. They cleaned up after themselves and I was pleased with the installation and cost for the work. When an "old" pressure regulator failed, they returned and replaced it for me and made sure every thing was working properly. I plan on using them for my future HVAC needs.
We have used Platinum Mechanical several times at our business to repair and install heating system. They are great to work with. Very good work for a fair price.

We have had them repair our furnace and they did a great job getting our heat fixed. We just had them do a maintenance check prior to winter on our heater, Wes checked it and cleaned the burner and we are good to go. They are professional and very nice. Would recommend them to anyone needing repairs or maintenance on their systems.

Platinum arrived early on Monday to repair our A/C. They quickly discovered our capacitor was bad and replaced it. They had the part with them and we were back up and running within 30 minutes. The techs were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

HVAC repair for cooling system - Rich was amazing! He was on time, very friendly, and professional. He diagnosed the problem right away and had my system up and running quickly in the hottest part of Summer! Would definitely recommend him.
The technician came out, did some trouble shooting and determined the bad part was under warranty. He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and got the job completed very quickly. Very pleased with Platinum Mechanical and their service! I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
Rich and his team are extremely prompt in answering calls and questions. They installed a whole new heating and air austen for us a few years ago. Yesterday we had some kind of power surge that knocked out our system. Of course it happens during a heat wave! They made time in their schedule to come by our house and fix it for us immediately. It was only a blown fuse. They fixed it and didn't even charge us for the service call. We have had an amazing system that heats and cools our entire house perfectly and we were so happy with their service! You cannot go wrong with Platinum!
