Great experience
Air conditioning took a dive on a Sunday called Chris wasn't expecting a call back till Monday, Melissa called gave me 2 options Chris could come on Sunday if I wanted and with a 88 year old dementia mother-in-law living with us we said perfect Chris is a super awesome guy couldn't ask for a better professional and sweet guy to come out on a Sunday to take care of our needs I highly recommend him you will not be disappointed you not only get good service you also get a friend and we all need a sweet friend these days kindness makes the world a better place.
He was prompt he fixed the problem corrected some other issues and made sure everything was wondering properly. He was reasonably priced
Chris was very professional. Showed up super fast and talked me thru what he was doing and fixed my problem for a fair price and making the interaction more than just about money. If you need service done, call them bc they don’t make you feel like your bank account is about to be emptied lol. They just gained a customer for my future needs for sure! Thanks Again

Chris has done an excellent job of maintaining my 20 year old system. He is very knowledgeable and takes great pride in his work.
I called last winter for a repair and he mentioned his maintenance plan. I asked him to remind me of the maintenance plan in the Spring. I remembered it last week but thought I was surprised to get the call and I was able to set up an appointment for the next day. I was given a three hour window of time to expect the technician and owner, Chris. He called me well within that time and got right to work. He inspected the inside unit and changed the filter then cleaned and inspected the outside unit. He even left an extra filter so I could change it when it’s time. He let me know the condition of my HVAC system and problems that could occur since it’s 12 years old. His maintenance plan allows for a system check in the Fall too to get ready for winter. I’m very pleased with the service and how thorough he works. I like too that it’s a local, small business.

From the nice lady who scheduled the appointment to the handyman himself this company is everything you could ask for. Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process of making repairs to our hvac units. Very honest about pricing. I highly recommend them for any heating and air needs.
Chris did a great job installing a new HVAC system in my house. Reasonable price, locally owned, great communication. I have signed up for the annual maintenance plan as well.
This was the first time I used Platinum Solutions and I could not have been more impressed. I was referred by a friend after using a different company for 27 years. I’ll never go back. My serviceman Chris was thorough, yet very efficient. He took his time and CLEARLY explained all of our options on a very expensive system breakdown in the middle of summer. Chris also gave us honest and frank advice that saved us money at the cost of a larger payday for his family owned business. He’s trying to build a larger customer base and he has. Platinum Solutions has a customer for life, wish I could give them more stars. Highly recommend!!!

On time service, they even called to.see if the technician could come early as he was ahead of schedule. On arrival, the technician was very knowledgeable. After our meeting I decided to replace my 30+ year old HVAC system. They returned in a couple of days as scheduled. The installation went seamlessly. I will recommend them to any of my friends.
When our a/c went out is wasn't the warmest but it was getting there. These guys came out and checked the system and let me know it wasn't good. They were able to find a new system at a great price and have it installed 2 days later. They were quick and professional and really cared about the work they did. I would recommend them to anyone I know without a second thought.
Chris was able to come out and repair my A/C the day after I called (even on a weekend). Chris was professional and knowledgeable. I Highly recommend using Platinum for your heating and air needs.
I appreciate how Chris took out the time to explain everything that was wrong with my system. He also gave me a choice on repairing one part or two and explained what would happen in each scenario. As a fairly new 1st homeowner, taking the time to explain things to me means a lot!
Always professional, and explains what is going on and why. On-time to the appointments. If you are unsure about your HVAC system, Platinum does a great job of explaining what is going on and what needs to be fixed. They are always encouraging of getting ahead of problems, but never pushy about it.
