I have used them twice now for AC issues. The first time, I thought our unit was a goner. Patrick was able to fix it, and told me there was life left in it. Didn't try to up sell when he easily could have. Had a second small issue, and we did it over the phone. He coached me through a small fix. Told me he loves saving his customers money when he can. I have experienced this twice now. He will be my HVAC guy going forward!
Patrick is amazing and HONEST. All my friends and family use him now. :)
Patrick came out with less than a day's notice to inspect my air conditioning system that was acting up. He pulled the furnace and air handler apart to find the likely cause of the issue within minutes, and had some great recommendations on how to continue maintaining it. He also checked the refrigerant levels and repaired a malfunctioning valve. I tried paying for his trip out here, but he insisted he didn't do any work worthy of being paid. That honesty and humility right there is worth being paid... So I'll look to Patrick when I need to replace the 30-year-old system in the next year or so. Overall a very nice and personable guy, would highly recommend. Give this guy your business.
I highly recommend Patrick. He replaced the ducts in our attic and installed returns in the bedrooms. He went above and beyond to make our upstairs cooler. He is very reliable, friendly, and has very fair pricing.
