We just moved into a new house and needed the old AC unit inspected and tuned up. Avi came by the day after I messaged him on Yelp and cleaned out the unit (it was full of leaves oh no) and identified several things we needed to do to and repair insure the AC would last through the summer heat waves. :) now we’re good to go! Got a quick response over the July 4th holiday weekend, an honest and fair assessment of my repair vs. replacement options, and a great price on a new unit with an extended warranty. The installation team was professional and conscientious. Will come back for other projects.

Called Pioneers directly after reading good reviews. Something wrong with the A/C. It wouldn't turn on at all. They were able to come out the next morning and it turned out to just be a need for a new thermostat. He replaced it quickly, and also checked for any other issues. Very quick work and extremely friendly. Definitely would recommend.

The AC and heat at my mother's house died during a particularly cold stretch of weather, so getting it replaced as quickly as possible was paramount. We contacted pioneers heating and air and they immediately scheduled a next day appointment with her. They took their time to assess the situation and explained everything in detail to my mother so that she could make an informed decision. They offered an incredibly competitive rate and completed the work in only 2 days! Everyone was extremely courteous and was respectful of my mother's home. I can't recommend this company enough. They are a fantastic business and you can't go wrong hiring them. Thank you again for making a normally stressful situation an extremely easy one.
Motti and his team did an excellent job on the hvac replacement for our condo. They were on time, very friendly, and accommodating. We had some issues coordinating with our building on when the repair could take place, but Motti made sure to follow up with us regularly until we were able to do the job. We are super happy with our new system, and highly recommend them for any of your hearing and air needs!

Motti came to repair my heating system and replaced and upgraded the capacitor on my unit and it was fixed and running in no time. Super responsive, he was at my home within a couple hours of my call and did a great job! Highly recommend.
