I had a wonderful experience with Pilot Heating and Cooling. Had to get my old HVAC system replaced. The owner, Mr Doug, offered me a very competitive price and guaranteed his work with no hassle. He stayed in contact with me thoughout the entire process and even did a follow up call days after the installation to make sure no issues. His crew was honest and also pointed out a potential electrical fire hazard with my house. Their family-oriented company values won me over. I recommend these guys if you are new to the area.

They failed to,do what they promised. We spent an hour speaking to salesman, telling him we had no plans of paying more than was on contract. Soon afterwards, he came in and informed us I the installation would cost more. He also said he would handle the product Registration, that did not happen. I was later told by the owner of pilot that I should put my "Big Boy pants on". So there you have it, 0choose companies wisely.
Pilot Heating showed up on time. They did an inspection of my AC unit. It needed cleaning only. Very honest, could have told me something was wrong. They gave me some tips about maintaining my AC unit. I went ahead signed up for regular maintenance schedule.
Awesome work, there when they said they would be. Cleaned up after themselves and had great attitudes! Definitely be my go to ac company!
I called Pilot after getting the runaround from another company. Doug was very quick to respond and provided me with a comprehensive explanation of what I needed and why it was necessary. Good people and very helpful at a price that beat the competition.
My AC was completely out yesterday (a Saturday), so called this company and got a message back that they would be at my rental property that day at 2:45. No one showed up so I continued to call them and text the on-call person until 11pm that night and still no response! Thankfully I found someone else to come out on a Sunday but to not show up or even call me is totally unacceptable!! I'd never recommend this company or contact them ever again for service!

Had a tech come to my new house after the AC went out in august. They were very fast, professional, super polite, and we've been living cool ever since. We have a pretty old system and yet pilot still was able to get us taken care of.
