We recently had our A/C unit quit working. My sister had used Pilgrim Heating and Air Conditioning to replace her A/C and heating unit. She was very happy with their service. We called and they came out promptly to see what was going on with our unit. Unfortunately we could not fix our older unit. We hired Pilgrim to come out and replace our older heating unit and A/C. Tim sat down and explained what was going on and what we needed. They gave us a good price and by the next day to install our system. We have a wonderfully cool house. This company went above and beyond to get our air conditioning back on in the 100°heat in June 2023. I will highly recommend this company and will use them again.

My 20 year old air conditioner was not going to make it through this summer. . I learned of Pilgrim Heating and Air through a friend of mine. Her daughter and son in law had used Pilgrim and highly recommended this family- owned local company. I called and that afternoon Tim the owner came to my house. The price he quoted for a new air conditioner and a new furnace was fair and I liked using American -made products and parts. I signed a contract and Brandon came out to install the system the next day. Brandon is an exceptional technician ; knowledgeable and the hardest worker I’ve seen in a long time. My furnace was 47 years old and original to the house. It was quite a task to get it out of the closet but he did. I cannot praise this young man enough. He had the whole system installed and up and running in one day. The following day Tim and his wife Gena came out to check on the system, take away the boxes and sign the final paperwork. They included a two-year maintenance package for free. I love the way I was treated and valued as a customer. My air is working great and I won’t have to worry about my furnace next winter. I am so happy I chose Pilgrim Heating and Air. This is a wonderful company.

Condenser died and Tim and crew responded. Fully explained the problem and solution. Condenser replaced and system is working great. I used Pilgram previously to replace a coil and work was done professionally and at a good value. Highly recommend Pilgrim Heat and Air
Our AC was old and needing replaced. Pilgrim came to us by way of referral and we could not be any happier with our decision. They replaced both AC and furnace. They were quick, easy to work with, incredibly respectful and thorough. I will most definitely use them again in the future for any other HVAC needs!
Tim Pilgrim took over from Wortman after they closed in 2020. Since then, he has been servicing all our HVAC needs. We have 3 systems and he keeps them humming. Tim is personable, his team is efficient and all are professional. I highly recommend Pilgrim Air and suggest an annual service contract that includes filter changes and checking the systems twice a year along with speedy turn around on any maintenance items. He has not disappointed.
I can’t say enough positive about this company. I called on a Wednesday for a second opinion. The owner was out within hours, gave me Avery fair assessment, offered me three great options for new AC units (I needed two). We took a quote and he had someone there the next day pulling out the old ones and they were back the next business day to install the new ones. Worked with me about paying them and never once hesitated with their work while we arranged payment. Friendly, prompt, reliable and told me the absolute truth every step of the way. Nobody else touches my AC at home or my business from now on. This is the kind of company you dream about finding when you have a need.
Tim was great. He showed up and looked at system and recommend several options. We went with a Variable system from American Standard and it was install by his professional staff with in hours. We were cool by that evening and jobsite clean. Great people, great company, great equipment and service.
I recently had my HVAC system installed by Pilgrim Heat and Air, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Tim & his team were very knowledgeable and professional, and he took the time to explain everything to me in detail. He also made sure that I was comfortable with the installation process, and he answered all of my questions. I was also impressed with the quality of the equipment that Pilgrim uses. The new system is quiet, efficient, and it's going to keep my home cool and comfortable all summer long. I would highly recommend Pilgrim Heat and Air to anyone who needs HVAC service. They are a great company with a team of experienced and knowledgeable technicians. I'm very happy with the new system that they installed, and I would definitely use them again in the future.
Tim and his entire crew were incredible! Family run and the crew has been with them for years! Absolutely wonderful experience start to finish! These guys actually showed up when they stated, the job took the time they allocated and the price was the same beginning to end! Fully trustworthy and respectable folks!

Pilgrim Heat and Air (Pilgrim) has serviced my HVAC systems for the past 20+ years. They have always been reliable, timely, and have helped keep me on a consistent maintenance schedule which has resulted in virtually no repair work being needed over the years. "I don't generally post online reviews, but after the experience I had with Pilgrim a few months ago, I felt that I needed to do so. Our house had a direct lightning strike in the middle of the night during extreme summer heat. The next morning we realized one of our air conditioner condenser units was damaged and we had no a/c. In spite of it being one of their busiest times of year, Pilgrim showed up the next day, diagnosed the problem and advised that we would need to have our system replaced. We were thrilled to have a new system installed by the end of the day. The next day I began the process of working with my homeowner's insurance company to get a claim approved for the new system's replacement cost. Even though the system was clearly covered under my policy, my insurer offered coverage for approximately 50% of my out-of-pocket expense. Over the next couple of weeks, I spent literally hours on phone calls, emails, etc. trying to make them understand the work that was required for our system. As I appeared to be getting nowhere with the insurer, I contacted Pilgrim and asked if they might help. They were more than willing to help, and although it took them several attempts to connect with the insurer they were finally able to get the issue resolved. Pilgrim's help in the claim process resulted in the claim being covered in full (less deductible) and saved me a significant amount of money. I don't think I could have resolved the insurance issue without Pilgrim's help, and I will be forever grateful to them and will continue being their customer going forward."

They installed 2 new units for a price way less than other local A/C companies. They were honest, timely, very friendly, family oriented business and easy to work with. Pilgrim Heat & Air came out to our farm Saturday and Sunday and did an amazing job on installing two new systems. They communicated when they would be there and how long the install would take. They fit us in their schedule on such short notice and we did not go too long with AC. Brett and Dylan did an unbelievable job and Tim explained exactly how the install would go. I can not recommend them enough to anyone in the Tulsa area!
Chance and Ramsey did a great job servicing our units. In addition, they were tidy, kind and answered our questions.
