When no other company could come out to fix my AC James came out and fixed my AC and got it working again on one of the hottest days. I will be using Piece of Mind in the future and you should too.
Our shop gets so hot & cold so fast with the bay doors open all day. Piece of Mind was able to quickly get us set up with a ductless system the very next day & at a way cheaper price then 3 other bids we got from the bigger guys.
Barley into summer and my AC feels luke warm. Iv been putting off calling for awhile cause I was afraid of the price. These guys came out next day and helped me find where I was wasting money and efficiency without being judgy or pushy. I also paid way less then I was expecting.

We called on Wednesday evening to get a quote, James came out Thursday morning, A/C, heat pump and thermostat installed Friday! It was SO fast and easy! Could not be happier! Price was far less than all other companies too! Highly recommend James and his team!
I had a ductless system installed and love it! James did an awesome job on the installation. Very clean and professional work. I’d highly recommend to others interested to use piece of mind home comfort.
James was great. He was knowledgeable and skilled. We appreciate his promptness and follow up. We were without heat for over a week and James came to our rescue. He found miswiring in our thermostat and corrected the thermostat settings. He also found the unit overcharged with refrigerant. Following his visit, the heat pump has never worked so well! I would certainly recommend James and his company to anyone looking for HVAC help. His price was reasonable and he was pleasant to work with.
We weren't sure if we needed a new furnace, so I reached out to our realtor for a referral. He gave me an excellent on to Piece of Mind Home Comfort. James came out and found out we for sure needed one. It was sad, but necessary. He laid out all of our options and allowed me to make the decisions. He was just a great guy. He made sure we were warm during the cold while we waited. WHen Eric came for install he made sure our home was protected from his shoes and my floors. Gave us a ton of knowledge on their trade, which I was hoping he would. They were here ontime after it snowing previously. Eric worked the job well. I cannot fathom how hard it was to take the furnace out and the new one up was. He set up our new thermostat and taught me how to work it. Also came back to help with one tiny thing. They leave your home cleaner than you left it. Their great attitudes, hard work and information they have given us today, they will be my go to company for anything they handle.
Just had James with peace of mind come out for an AC not working. They ended up coming out same day and took care of the issue for me for a very affordable fee. Very happy with their service and will certainly be calling them again when the time is necessary.
Our A/C unit seemed to be running but we definitely were not getting cool air. I called and spoke to James and explained what I knew, and he asked when we had last changed our air filter since 90% of complaints like that are due to blockages and he wanted to save us the $130 diagnostic fee if possible. It has been less than a month since replacement, so we scheduled a time for him to come check it out. James was early and extremely pleasant. He wore shoe-coverings when walking through the house. He discovered that there was a part that had failed, but he’d brought one with him, and hooked it up to confirm that solved the problem. He then verified that I wanted the part before finishing up- all told he was here about 20 mins total. He asked about our A/C habits and he explained what we could be doing differently to maximize comfort and longevity of the system, then gave honest answers to my follow up questions. I really appreciated James’ knowledge, prompt response times and timely resolution. I spent way less money than I was expecting (always a bonus!) and less time worrying about the HVAC system. A huge relief!!

Awesome last minute service
James and Tim arrived on time, were very professional and thorough. James took the time to explain everything in a way I would understand (having no HVAC knowledge myself) I was super impressed with their service and the fact that they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need :) I’ll definitely be contacting these guys again for anything AC or Furnace related.
I called James in the morning and he was finishing up a job close by later in the day and was able to squeeze me in. He knew what the problem probably was by the description I gave him. He had the part, fixed it and checked the system. All working great without breaking the bank. Thank you!
This company was awesome! I worked with James to get a quote and to schedule the installation of a heat pump system. They charged me exactly what the estimate stated, finished the work in a few hours, and were very professional and courteous at every step of the process. I obtained two other estimates and Piece of Mind was like half of the other estimates. I would recommend them for sure!
