Jesse from Phoenix came out and replaced my tankless water heater today and I couldn't be happier with the way everything went. I received a text when he was headed my way with an ETA as to his arrival and he arrived exactly that time. I asked how long it would take and it took precisely how long he said it would. He explained everything thoroughly and was very friendly. I'm recommending these guys to help my mother-in-law with some work she needs done.

Our home warranty sent out Phoenix Plumbing and heating 2 times. First time they sent someone out for our heater, fixed in 30 mins. The second time they sent out a plumber (Mike) to fix our master bathroom sink that was leaking. He fixed the issue within 30 mins and no more leaks. The thing I want to say is that our home warranty sent out another contractor (Jerry's Plumbing) and the tech looked at our master sink and said 'I don't know what that is, so I can't fix it'). Phoenix just gets to work and fixes things, I highly recommend them over the other company.

I requested a copy of the invoice from contractor on a Friday around 1:30pm I never received the invoice when requesting the woman I spoke with was insisting on knowing why I wanted a copy I had to remind her as a home owner I have a right to have it. At 2:45pm the contractor sent a purchase order to the insurance without completing my request. I had to call the insurance let them know I didn’t authorize service and have requested a invoice. They called the contractor an requested it both verbally and through email. Tuesday the following week I receive a invoice in my email and a call to schedule service staying a issue with computers but their computers worked fine when they completed the purchase order AFTER my request. Please DO NOT contract this company to ANY OF my properties their scammers & tried to charge me a 700.00 charge through my insurance to replace a 30gal water heater on TOP of the insurance’s fee smh!

Very tough to schedule. Did not return messages left with staff member or voicemails when trying to schedule. AC condenser unit has been putting out hot refrigerant 70% of the time for a few weeks. Tech came and left in 5mins without even diagnosing the problem saying AC is ‘working as designed’ even though my house is at 85degrees inside with the AC running for the first time in 5yrs. Wild.

This company is just horrendous. Awful customer service - Darren and Mark came to our house to look at our AC that wasn’t working and they were unfriendly, completely rude and had absolutely zero customer service. The last time they came out (third times a charm) on a Monday and the technician said that he would file the paperwork to our warranty company within the next day. I called the warranty company (after waiting an hour and half on the phone) and nothing had been filed. I called phoenix back on Wednesday and requested to understand what was going on - the gentleman I spoke to said he would look into why nothing was filed and call me back. Of course he never called back. I gave it another day and then called the warranty back to check on the documentation. Of course, phoenix has still filled nothing. Today, after a whole week had passed, I called phoenix to talk about what was going on and Jeannie was absolutely terrible and never apologizing or acted with any compassion or customer service. I asked for someone to call me back and then she stuttered and said one of the managers was on vacation and the other was “under the weather”.. I called back multiple times and requested a call back as I needed this to be done since it is about to 100/105 degrees soon. I called back and Jeannie abruptly answered and said they were refusing to service us anymore. For a family business, I am absolutely astounded by the lack of compassion, customer service and ethical practices. This company is completely unethical and I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a company like this to NEVER use Phoenix. This company needs to be put out of business. Please save yourself time and money and do not use this company EVER!

I wrote a detailed review on Yelp, the text limit doesn’t allow the whole story on here. After a long story of back and forth, the representative for this company proceeded to threaten me and we were forced to cancel our work order with them. I strongly advise not to hire this company. They think they run the show and can talk to people however they please. What they fail to realize is the are HIRED and not the only choice for this kind of service. I would rather melt in the heat than have these unprofessional people in my home. It is clear the representative gets away with bullying people and she needs a wake up call that it is unacceptable.

Poor and rude service, technician was not able to fix our water heater after he ordered a part and made us wait 5 days without hot water, the very rude office secretary told me that I need to wait another week before he can come back to take another look at it, don't waste your time, money and energy, find yourself a reliable company, don't use!!

Jeanne and everyone at Phoenix Plumbing are AMAZING!!! Jeanne returned my desperate call about a broken hot water heater at 9:00pm on Mother’s Day!!! Talk about going above & beyond!! Then she got us in the schedule asap, moving us up as other customers canceled. Both the Tech that came out to diagnose the problem and the Tech that did the installation were GREAT!! They were professional, knowledgeable & fast! I just cannot say enough positive stuff about the entire crew!!!

They were originally assigned as the contractor by my home warranty company. So, I called to make an appt. The lady on the other end was anything but friendly. She scoffed when I asked who will be arriving. She also said that I would be contacted when they were on their way. I asked if that was text message, and she said, "No! That's not how it works!" But, she later admitted that she didn't know. She was grouchy when responding to other questions. She was aweful, so I changed the contractor with the home warranty company.

I have used this company several times, for various repairs. Plumbing in the past, and now, AC. The guys who come out have been really good. But, the person who handles the phones is impatient, harsh and not always clear. Yesterday it got too hot in the attic for him to finish the repair. Completely reasonable. He said he'd be back today at 9 AM. When I called at 10:15 to inquire, she told me they couldn't come out for another 8 days and that it's too bad he said that but she is the scheduler, as if I should have known that. I said (very nicely) that I had been waiting and hadn't heard anything and that it seems like communication is a bit of an issue with them. Her quick retort was "No need to be nasty". This makes working with this company very difficult, even though I believe they do good work.

A young gentleman from Phoenix came to install a new tankless water heater. Upon leaving we found that hot water was not reaching the faucets in a timely manner. We asked him to return to evaluate what the issue may be, and he did with an older gentleman from Phoenix as well. They ran tests and eventually determined that the water heater is a “learning unit” that would automatically adjust the heating cycles based on our usage. Fast forward several months (since we had a baby weeks after installation) and water is still taking a long time (4+ minutes) to get hot at the faucet. I called the manufacturer of the unit to get more information and we determined over the phone that it was a internal recirculating pump issue. They also identified that the exhaust was installed incorrectly and could be a hazard. I called to see if Phoenix plumbing would come out and fix what was not done correctly to begin with. The woman in customer service (Jeanie) was very rude when the request was made and they refused to come out again (due to the length of time that had passed) without charging another $350 to run a diagnostic. I would absolutely NOT recommend Phoenix plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

I had a home warranty claim for my heater. They came out and looked it it the first time and ordered parts. Then when the parts came in the parts were installed and now everything works. The tech was helpful, and nice. I would definitely recommend them.

The guy who evaluated my stoppage didn't want to get his hands dirty. Gave me a bunch of wrong information and wasted my day off work. The problem was easily solved in less than 2 hours the next day by another plumbing company that found the job quite routine.
