Thank you very much. Your technicians represent you well. So respectful. One even noticed an AZ pack rat on the bottom of my pool and netted it and threw it away. Such a help to me. I highly recommend them for any of your air conditioning needs. I also bought my unit from them. Installed by them as well.
I almost gave a bad review because the first tech that came was rude and said it was going to be 2-3 weeks without air conditioning due to them needing to order a part. It’s 112 degrees today and I have 2 kids, I don’t see how that’s livable conditions for anyone, let alone children. I called everyday and asked for an update, the ladies on the phones were super sweet and helpful. Turns out, they got the part needed and my air was fixed within 5 days. Bill who came to do the repair was SO nice, fast, and effective. My air is working perfectly now. Thank you soooo much Bill! I will be using them again.
Their customer service is beyond outstanding. I had an emergency and someone came that day to fix the ac. Cheyenne was beyond accommodating to get me set up. The repairman, Scott was a very huge help by getting the ac running. He is a very hardworking man and knows what he is doing!
After 5 days of waiting for someone to come out they said they fixed the problem but the next day goes out again and now they cant come back out till Monday 4 more days. This is ridiculous it is over 100 degrees out we need the air fixed.
Joey, a service employee, came to my home to check my air conditioning. He is a con man and tried, through every bad sales technique, to rip me off. Do not allow this crook into your home!
Last summer, AHS sent a inferior co, (Not Phoenix Air Dynamics), out to fix a leak in my attic caused by a leaking plenum. It took them 5 mins to diagnose the problem, charged me $450 for something AHS wouldn't cover and several weeks to order and bring out the part. After they got through, the air conditioner, which was working fine, stopped working. Since it was the end of the summer, we suffered thru the heat and also paid high bills . When I called AHS I let them know I refused to have that inferior unqualified co out again. They set up an appt with Phoenix Air Dynamics. A very professional and cheerful receptionist called and set up an appt in less than 30 minutes. Bill from Phoenix Air Dynamics showed up within the time frame. Immediately we could tell he was very experienced in fixing Air Conditioners. He listened to our frustration about problem we had with the other co. He immediately went up in the attic and was able to diagnose the problem and fixed within a couple of hours. I can't say enough about Bill who had a, (happy to serve you, love my job), attitude. Our air conditioner is working great! Thank you so very much Phoenix Air Dynamics for sending out such a professional, knowledgeable technician and thank you Bill for diagnosing and fixing the problem in a timely manner. Give this guy a raise!
This company goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working right. They are very responsive and promptly return calls - even after hours! Great personnel and awesome customer service!!!
I have never had a follow up call just to make sure my AC was working Ok after a service, until I used Phoenix Air Dynamics. They ARE my new go to Company from this point on! Thank You Tonya and the Guys
Apparently the going rate for a $20 capacitor is $250 and he already installed it before he gave me the price.
Great A.C. guys. Got a new unit at a good price. Everything was I installed nicely and they even added a drain pipe off the roof for us. Good warranty is standard with the unit as well. Customer service was great. They were on time and friendly🖒
Terrible company. Rips you off and don't really know what they are talking about. Don't fix issues just try to cover them up. No one working at front desk it's the tech who answers and never gets back to you. Rude and cocky and never respond if there is an issue. Over charged me and they won't return my calls back to explain why the bill was so high.
Responsive and knowledgeable with an awesome schedule. Guys came out 2 days early to repair my AC unit for over $500 less than what I was quoted from several other companies. Work was done fast, pointed out a few other areas of interest so I can ensure the longevity of my unit and did a really clean, extremely professional repair job. Highly recommend, 5 star service.
I don't recommend this company! They don't answer their phones, answer emails and their mailbox is full! What kind of reputable company does that? Big Fail. My A/C went out during the hot summer and this company was assigned the contract. I had to cancel and get someone else. Stay away from these clowns!
Ben came out the same day my heat went out - 9 pm in the evening. Serviced the Heat pump. Then when it was still acting funny the next day I called and he came out between service calls to check on it again. Really truly cared and made sure that it was taken care of since I have a 1 year old. Highly recommend!
Had these guys come out to look at an AC issue I had a month ago and have never been so impressed with a house service call. Very honest, very fair. Could not recommend them any higher!
On Monday June 16th 2014, we had are A/C unit replaced. Great job done! Unit is cooling our house and we do not have any problems. We will use Phoenix Air Dynamics again in the future. Thanks again!
