I have had him at my house for multiple issues and every time they do an incredible job! He replaced the coils on my ac when I bought my house and then two years later he replaced all my duct work. They went above and beyond in my opinion. He’s been out for other things as well but it’s always a good experience. Literally the only issue I have ever had with Ken is that I was trying pay him but he’s so busy he forgot to get the money… lol GREAT BUSINESS, HONEST OWNER, and GREAT WORKMANSHIP!! Ken is the only person I would ever want to service or install an ac or heat system at my house!!!

We purchased a unit from Pfaff a couple of years ago and I cannot believe I did not post a 5 star review when we did. Ken with Pfaff air came out to give us an estimate on the size unit he felt best matched our needs, he delivered, installed and even carted off our old unit. He arrived when he said he would and the unit has worked really well. We needed our 1st service a couple days ago and Ken came out quickly, assessed the unit and got us back up an running quickly. Ken is very knowledgeable and also a really kind and genuine person. I would highly recommend them for a new unit or service on an existing unit.
Excellent service! Ken is very professional, knowledgeable, and always prompt. Ken limped our old HVAC unit along until we had to get a new one installed. The install went perfectly. Then he remedied my DIY install thermostat issues the same day I called. If you value great service Pfaff Air is the one and only.
I was recommended by my neighbor. We had our upstairs unit replaced. The price was unbeatable and the turn around time from initial assessment to the new unit blowing cold air was abiut 24 hours (this was early in the hot season, so it could be more than that now). They also checked the downstairs unit and the furnace and cleaned them up for me. Local Wilson County business. Highly recommend!

My grandmothers air unit was destroyed by the tornado a few days ago. I called Ken he cane out same day within an hour of me calling to look it over and give a quote. His price was superb, and came out next day to replace the unit. He answers the phone or calls back quickly. Very friendly and tells you pretty good eta. I will be using him for my own home from now on.

Ken came out when he said and was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, my HvAC is 22 yrs old, a dinosaur, and got it up and going. I know in the future I will have to get a new unit. Ken explained the options with us and didn't hint on or pressure us for it. So, when we get ready for it , I will call Ken Pfaff again.
We used Pffaffair heating and cooling after getting high reviews from our residents face book group. He said he would be here at a specific time and he was. He is reasonable, thorough. We were very pleased that after he was done, he explained what he had done. Will definitely be our go to company.
Ken was excellent. Quick to respond, handled the issue with the unit very quick, and explained everything he was doing along the way. 10/10.
Highly recommend!!! Ken the owner came out even on a Sunday to help us out when our blower fan was squealing so loud we had to turn our air off. Such a nice and knowledgeable guy, and quality service, affordable; we are so pleased and will be using them for our regular maintenance and future repairs. So happy we found him!!

A coworker recommended Pfaff Air, and we had a great experience! I texted him our problem and received a response quickly! The unit ended up needing to be replaced (it had a happy 15 year life) and he was able to replace next day for a very reasonable price. The guys he had to the install were very nice and professional, and he came at the end to make sure the installation was to his standards. Highly recommend!
