Matt was wonderful. Professional and pleasant personality. Very thorough with diagnosing and quick to fix! Lessened the stress of having your AC go out in the 100 plus degree heat!!
Joe Petrocelli came out in a flash! He was professional and was able to resolve our issue, when another company was telling us we needed a brand new $20,000 system!! I absolutely appreciated his forthright attitude! How refreshing that was! This is now my go-to company, and I strongly recommend him and Petrocelli Services Inc.

My technician Juan was very professional and knowledgeable. It took him less than 30 minutes to diagnose the problem with my system. He replaced the part and had my system back up and running. After inspecting my entire system he explained it all to me in great detail. Very happy to be 😎 cool again. Thanks to Petrocelli and to Juan.
Matt has and is very good at what he does. Keeps us posted on what the problem is and how he repaired it. It's a pleasure having him come out to our home. Matt is the best and I hope he stays with petrocelli. Also would like to express my feelings about the office staff who are sometimes overlooked. Hillary is the best, she has been so helpful. Just saying. Oh, she and Matt should get a raise.

Our AC was out on a hot Sunday afternoon in August, not what you want in Texas! We called Petrocelli immediately and they put us on the schedule first thing Monday morning. Less than 24 hours later the AC is back on and running smoothly! We’ve relied on Petrocelli for 4 years now and will continue to do so in the future. Quick response, very professional and knowledgeable technician and high quality work.

A/C broke in the heat and I was having people over on the weekend. Not ideal. Called in the morning and by the afternoon they showed up and were able to identify and fix the problem.

I've used Petrocelli Services for years at my home and at my business locations. They respond quickly and their techs are very professional. The latest service call was to correct an installation that was done poorly by a different contractor at my office. The tech (Matt) did a great job! I have used Petrocelli HVAC services for years at more than one home! Each technician that is sent out .. not only is trained well .. but also is a good teacher at explaining how the HVAC system can work most efficiently. I highly recommend their biyearly maintenance program.
They did an excellent job installing a complete new HVAC system at my daughters house and it went very smoothly and all systems are working great. I then had them come out and do maintenance on my home system which has three furnaces and three AC units. The service person Matt was very thorough and let me know the systems were in good shape and had some good recommendations as to things I may want to address in the future. I have my new HVAC company going forward.
