Peterson Heating and Cooling LLC is a very reputable business. The owner, Zach Peterson is a wonderful individual. I had my entire furnace and air conditioner compressor replaced. When I reviewed their work, the professionalism and care installing the product was second to none. Everything is straight, clean and in order. The company was reliable and I would recommend this company to anyone.
I called for a second quote for replacing an a/c system and was impressed by Zach's honesty and diligence in double and triple checking the system and all the information the previous company had given me. I didn't end up needing a new system after all like the first company had falsely told me, so I will definitely call Peterson for all future hvac needs due to their integrity.
I continue to be impressed by Zach and Peterson Heating and Cooling. He always provides 5 star work and the highest quality of service I could ask for. Recently, I needed an HVAC system replaced and he provided a comprehensive bid quickly, along with a number of options I could consider. He went out of his way to schedule time to discuss these with me, and was transparent and honest about cost/benefit and appropriateness of each option to my home. His installation was exceptional, efficient and with the highest attention to detail. He even took extra time to improve my duct work and furnace access for easier maintenance in the future. His prices are more than fair, especially for the quality of work he does, and he took extra time to walk through each facet of my new system. He is one of the kindest and easiest people to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone with HVAC needs. Thanks Zach!
Zach and his team are fantastic! Honest, trustworthy, and they have a great work ethic. They installed a central air conditioner for my home and did an awesome job. Zach knows his craft and delivers the highest quality. Highly recommended.

Zach and his team were wonderful! They came out the day after Christmas. Gave us a quote in 30 minutes. And installed a full HVAC system within the week and way below what other companies quoted us. He was always on time, polite, professional, and super responsive.
My furnace started blowing cold air and I unsuccessfully tried to fix it myself. After calling a few companies I came across Peterson Heating and Cooling and read their reviews. I cannot emphasize how right the reviews were. I called and spoke to Zach’s mother. She told me to text Zach since it’s such a busy time of year. Within 10 minutes Zach called me and I told him what was happening. Zach took the time while we diagnosed the problem over the phone. Within minutes my furnace was working again. I cannot recommend them enough. They will be my go to from now on.
Zach helped me troubleshoot my furnace over the phone (for free). It had a very simple problem, and I was able to fix it myself. 5 stars isn't enough.
Zach was great to work with. He quoted a fair price for a new HVAC system. I was impressed with his honesty and integrity. He was referred to me by two different people. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
Zach is amazing! I had my entire HVAC system replaced. He was on time and worked quickly. His prices are very reasonable and I'm impressed with the quality of the equipment and the work done. I've had other furnace repairman tell me they don't like the set up in my home but Zach found solutions and helped me get everything working the way it was supposed to. He even checked my pipes that ran to the outside of my home and helped make sure they were the right size and that they were clear so no issues would come up. I've never had a contractor do that and I've had a lot of contractors with my old system. Talking to him, I really felt like he cared about not just getting the job done but doing whatever he could to make sure my family stayed comfortable in our home. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Thank you! You have far exceeded my expectations.
Zach Peterson just left my home after tuning up my furnace. I can’t begin to tell you how kind & considerate he is! And extremely knowledgeable, as well. I had many questions & he took his time to answer every one. I found him to be very honest & he didn’t use scare tactics to up sell me on anything. I rarely write reviews, but this company truly deserves it, along with a strong 5 star review!

Zach has kindly worked on my HVAC system for a few years now, everything from regular maintenance to a recent install of a new A/C system. I can say without a doubt that he deserves every 5 star review he has. He is honest, easy to work with, and a great communicator. He is quick to respond, by text and phone, about questions and scheduling. He provided a comprehensive set of suggestions for my new A/C, and fully discussed all potential options, even down to the best thermostat and rebates I'd be able to get. His install work was the highest of quality, timely and efficient, and he even went out of his way to trim trees (to make more room) and clean up after. His prices are extremely fair, and he is extremely kind and understanding... he even took extra time walking me through the install and explaining all the facets of my new system. Zach, and Peterson Heating and Cooling, has my highest recommendation and will certainly take care of any of your HVAC needs.

Zach has been great to work with. I even called him very late and he guided me through fixing my heating unit and AC unit. For his time on the phone, he didn’t charge me anything. Thank you Zach.
We wanted someone to do an AC tuneup but didn’t want to go with a company that advertises super cheap prices! A.coworker had a great experience with Zach and recommended him. Professional, courteous and honest. Zach also caught the fact that our builder didn’t install the upgraded furnace we had paid for so we were able to get that taken care of. We’d look to him again for our HVAC needs.
Peterson Heating and Cooling initially replaced my AC and installed a mini split. We were happy with their work, so they were the first place we called when we needed a new furnace and blower a few years later. That install also went great. Zach is great to talk with and provided competitive quotes for all of the work. He is willing to answer questions that other companies brushed off. It is rare to find a company that exceeds your expectations while being professional, polite, and competitive. I will be contacting Peterson Heating and Cooling first for any future work.

This is the best HVAC system!! Not only did they get me on their schedule fast, they replaced my entire system in 1 day!!. They were amazing in cleaning up after themselves, and ive never dealt with such a respectful and polite company!! Every single person from the installers to the receptionist. And their price beat all other bids!! Definately use them!!
I was very happy with Peterson Heating & Cooling. They were very professional and I felt their price was fair. They answered all of my questions before and throughout the process. I even got a lovely thank you note when it was all over. They have five stars for a reason.
