Jack and his crew are top notch they seriously have the best work ethic and show up quickly to help you get your ac ir heat back up and running or just running smoothly their prices are fair and their service is the best. Hands down . I only ever use Petersons heating and cooling and I recommend them to not just family and friends but to strangets as well. Give this company a try you will not regret it
Fantastic, I can’t say enough how impressed I have been by Richard and Susan. We never really want to have to reach out to have repairs as everyone knows how costly they can be, but the quick responses, the accurate diagnosis of the issues and the extremely fair pricing has made me a loyal customer. I can say that if/when any of my friends or family have an issue with their heating or cooling needs, I will be sending them here! Truly, thank you so much, you made a very stressful situation turn out better then I could have ever expected!
Susan and Richard are both so great. Susan is so helpful on the phone with scheduling and helping with financing, if needed. Richard will do what he can to make timing work with scheduling, also. He installed a new a/c and it works wonderfully. I am so happy we chose them and will use them for maintenance going forward. Highly recommend. After hearing pricing and stories from others I am confident we chose the right company.
I don't call anyone else. Peterson Heating & Cooling works on my home and several rentals. I trust them in the houses when we aren't there, trust them to give the best recommendation on repair or replacement, and am always satisfied with their responsiveness and quality of work.
Peterson Heating & Cooling has a terrific track record with us: always prompt, responsive, reliable, dependable and highly skilled. Their friendliness is an added bonus. The owner has surprised us by finding the special air filters we use and providing them at no extra cost. The company’s Planned Maintenance Agreement is completely worth it and at a reasonable cost.

The maintenance agreement with Peterson Heating & Cooling is money well spent. On one of the hottest days of the year so far, Richard had the problem resolved by noon. Great Job!!!!!

From answering your phone call to Richard and his helper showing up, the service is excellent. They make you feel comfortable about their service and informed about your decisions. One of the best decisions we ever made was to have Peterson's install a new heater and air and service them.
Richard is seriously amazing. He's extremely friendly, responsive and easy to work with. I own a small loft downtown and had issues installing a smart thermostat. He came out multiple times to work through getting it installed and issues with my heat pump unit. He really went the extra mile. Every time I called his wife was extremely helpful and always had great customer service! Would recommend any day.
I've always had a great experience with Peterson Heating & Cooling. They are knowledgeable, quick to respond and do everything needed to fix the issue (but nothing more!). I recently had Peterson Heating & Cooling come out to install a new furnace and AC unit. They did a great job. The work looks fantastic and they finished quickly and neatly. Richard even came back on a Saturday to finish up some parts of the job.
I am so pleased with the service that I always receive from Peterson's. I love that when it is urgent, they fit me in very quickly and still do a thorough job. Richard always explains and answers my questions. So grateful for their qualified staff!
Called Peterson H & C late one afternoon after our air conditioning stopped working. They were able to get a technician out the next morning. Had us up and running in no time. Very professional, great communication and reasonable fees. We won't use anyone else in the future. UPDATE: It's been a year since we first used Peterson Heating & Cooling. We just had them out to tune up our furnace and install a whole house humidifier. Our technician, Richard, was fantastic!!! Their customer service is unmatched!!! Thank you!!!

So impressed with professionalism, dependability, product and price. Highly recommend Peterson, especially for information and installation of a mini-split wall unit. My electric bill has decreased by over 50% and a kcpl rebate us available.
