I had an appointment with Perry Air, I spoke to him personally for 15 mins. He didn’t show for the appointment and when I finally reached him his response was “ I didn’t have my appointment book in front of me when I talked to you so I forgot” very unprofessional and incompetent. So l as the customer have to suffer waiting on another vendor to service my air conditioner.
One guys face was as red as a tomato and he smelled of alcohol.
Perry Air was amazing! The owner went above and beyond to repair my air conditioner until it was finally time to replace the unit. He was able to give me a great deal on a new unit and installed it quickly. I would definitely use Perry Air again.
Super friendly. They responded very quickly within 30 minutes of my voice mail. They came out the same day assesed the problem. By noon the next day I had A/C woot woot. Will totaly use them again.

Perry came out to our house the same day to give us an estimate. He was honest with the work that needed to be done and answered all our questions in detail. Another company was trying to do a repair on our 36 year old unit. We knew we needed it to be replaced. His crew was awesome, on time and respectful. I would highly recommend Perry Air if you are looking for a reputable, professional and honest company.

Our company has used Perry for dozens of jobs and have found them to be an excellent company to work with. They have done a great job of putting new units in older existing homes that can have complex solutions.
This was the first time a contractor truly exceeded our expectations. Perry willingness to address issues with our original setup with creative solutions was greatly appreciated. He met our very high expectations for cleanliness and attention to detail. His partner and son, Chris is also very knowledgeable and polite. Both of them were punctual, hard working and treated the project as if it were their own home. They did not rush the job, and they took the time to ensure that we were satisfied. It was a large check that we felt really good about writing. We highly recommend this small, quality-oriented company.

Just witnessed a gentleman driving a perry air truck driving next to me and cut someone off then let them pass and tailgated them down the road honking his horn and yelling and cussing at them when it was his fault to begin with.
I have been researching havc units for 6 months and always keep going back to Perry air. Remind you im a former Marine and Have a hard time trusting no one.But after talking to Perry i chose them and seen first hand their attention to detail and perfection that was beyond me. The new unit was inspected and passed and works great! Im so impressed with the install and clean up. Perry you have a great crew and you earned my trust! Thank you!
