I had to have a new AC unit installed. The sales representative had suggested a heat pump system. I had the heat pump installed after some research.
We have used them several times of the last 10 years and they have always been there when we have been in a pinch. I highly recommend them!

We have had Jim, the company owner choose new A/C components for our A/C systems for ? Well, many years. Always great service, diagnostics etc! This has included inside and outdoors components. The owner usually comes out to the property with his technicians to insure a good outcome i'd reckon, but he always shows up personally! This company is Truely a 5 star outfit if one ever were! We have used Perkins Heating & Cooling for many years now. Jim Fozzy, the second-generation owner, is conscientious, trustworthy, and excellent. We manage apartment buildings throughout the City of St. Louis. Perkins Heating is our first choice for steam heat radiator systems. Jim knows these systems inside and out, no matter how old they are!
Jim Fozzy at Perkins is the best person I found to maintain or make major repairs to a steam heating system in a house with a boiler and radiators. He can do anything from annual maintenance to replacing a boiler. His services charges are reasonable. I have used him at my house for several years.
