Brent came and did an absolute fantastic job. He was very thorough in his work and made sure all was working correctly before he left. He went above and beyond. We have had no problems with our furnace since. We are so impressed and grateful. We would 100% recommend them to anyone.
Brent is awesome!! Our heater went out and he came within hours to check it out. It needed a part so he helped us with a temporary fix until the part arrived. He installed it on a Friday night which is amazing service. High quality work and incredibly professional. I definitely recommend!!
Just this week we were having issues with our pilot light repeatedly going out on our Heater in Provo Utah. Brent was able to fix the problem immediately. This is not the first time I've had him help with or HVAC Services in Utah County but it's the same great service every time! I'll be a repeat custom for life!
We had Performance Air out to our home in Layton earlier this year to update our much too small AC unit. With all the 100 degree days this summer I am glad we had it done. Previous years we could manage to stay comfortable most day. This year I needed a sweater. Thank you Performance Air for being Prompt and keeping us updated with all the shipping and supply issues these days.
I'm a roommate of my friends whose ac you serviced. As a tenant, I can say it has been completely hell living without ac. And it was so terrible of you to promise him his ac before his big day. Don't make a promise with a paying customer that you can't keep.You should be ashamed of the work and service you have provided.If you truly were a good business. You would go to every length to make your customers happy and satisfied with your service. Not a Company worth hiring. Especially since you can't even get ahold of them. Unless your a new customer they can just use.
Brent is impossible to get a hold of. It took him a week to come out and when he finally did he came an hour late so I wasn’t home but my wife was. When he finally got there he was in and out quick he told my wife he couldn’t fix the problem today but he could back another time when I wasn’t home with a wink. She kicked him out and we decided to go elsewhere.
Do not use this company!!! Our AC went out and we called Brent. I will give him that he came out the next day to take a look. He didint spend enough time diagnosing the issue and released some freon from the system and left. Well that didint fix the problem it made it much much worse. The next day (the day before my wedding) I frantically called him because all the the bridesmaids and moms and my wife were getting there hair and makeup done the next moring. He said he would be there by 6pm. I waited up tell 10pm while trying to get ahold of him via call and text with no response. I could not get ahold of him for the next week while I was on my honeymoon worried about my 3 dogs at home while it's OVER 90° INSIDE my house. Finally I get him back out and he diagnosed the problem. While my warranty was going to expire soon he assured we would get it taken care of. He said he would pick up the parts the next Monday and be out Wednesday to fix it. He asked me to message him on Monday to make sure he got the parts. He then repeated to ignore all my calls and texts for the next 2 weeks. He finally answered my call and was extremely rude saying he didint appreciate me texting him at midnight one of the days I was trying to get ahold of him. When the multiple other attempts to get ahold of him were in regular business hours and he refused to respond. My warranty is now expired and I will have to spend thousands more to fix my A/C. I would not recommend Brent(owner) to my worst enemy. He is rude, unprofessional, and has no integrity.
Brent came out so we could get a second opinion and removed refrigerant from the A/C condensor because he read the ratings wrong. We ended up not having any working A/C for a week before he cane out to put more back in. Then he said he would order the new part and fix our A/C. We were given a timeframe of a week to get the part in and then Brent would come and fix it the next week. When he didnt show nor call or text. We tried reaching out multiple times with no response. When we last messaged saying we were upset and that if we didn't get a response we would go with someone else he just said to find another guy. He waited to the point where our warranty may be unvalid on our A/C now. So hopefully carrier will work with that on us. 10/10 would not recommend unless you want to work with someone rude, unprofessional, untimely, etc.

Brent came earlier than expected. He was very friendly and explained all the possible causes for the furnaces problem. He found the problem quickly and fixed it. He was very thorough and was really reasonable with his fee. I highly recommend him and will call him for all of my HVAC problems.

Just wanted to shout out, Performance Air. We had our air conditioner go down at our business a few days ago, (over the weekend of course!) Got ahold of Brent and he came that Monday morning and got us going. He even texted me an ETA. Great company to use! Thank you!
I have had several problems with work that Barton has done over the last few months, Performance Air, has been my rescue. Professional, fair pricing, great communication!! They are my go to from now on!! If you want competent help, call them for new equipment or used - Awesome!!
Brent came out to find out what the issue was, after another installer wanted to charge a LOT more for the same job. Brent was honest, fair, and timely. He was kind and informative. He told me exactly what I needed, did the job quickly and didn't even charge me full price! Way to go above and beyond, for your customers! I'd highly recommend Brent and Performance Air LLC for all of your HVAC needs.
I was supposed to get service on June 24th and they never showed up and I can't get a hold of anyone. They've been completely unresponsive unprofessional and disrespectful to their customers this is a terribly run business and I would not recommend going to them even though they talk a good game.
I called Brent up, he was there the next day and got our fan problem fixed. I'm sure it was easy for him but beyond my capabilities. I really appreciate his communication with me and will definitely use him for my HVAC needs in the future and refer everyone to him as well.
Wish I could give more than just 5 🌟 Brent was actually the 3rd HVAC company to come to my home to check out a carbon monoxide issue I was having. The first contractor didn't find the issue and just basically blew me off. The 2nd guy came out and told me I needed a whole new furnace and wanted to charge me $1,300. Brent came out and within 5 minutes of being here he found a return air vent that wasn't ducted properly. He had the problem fixed quickly and only charged me $13.00. He was so good to answer my questions and put my mind at ease knowing my family was safe and the carbon monoxide issue was taken care of. He made a very stressful situation easy and painless. I would definitely recommend Performane Air and will use them again!
