Carla quickly returned my phone call & set up an appt. Matt serviced my homes oil Furnance (which was a hot mess). Matt called the company to find out model #s etc and replaced parts that were missing, broken and/or wrong. He took the time to explain and show me how everything works and how badly my Furnance needed to be cleaned. Prices were discussed prior to work done and that is what I actually paid! Highly impressed with how kind, thorough and professional Carla & Matt were. I would highly recommend their company!
Called up giving them a try and was very surprised of how quickly a guy named Matt answered, and quoted me a great price. Was very nervous at first reaching out to a new company but turned out to be the best decision I’ve ever made in regards to HVAC. Matt’s professionalism was more than enough to put me at ease and will 100% know that I will contact him in the future if any more issues arise. 10/10 would recommend
What a great experience using Perfect Temp!! I highly recommend!! I have an old house with three different ancient heating/cooling systems - oil burner for the original house, electric base boards in the 3 room expansion, and one central air system covering the whole house. Matt and the Perfect Temp guys removed the old central air system, decommissioned the oil burner, and installed a new high efficiency heat pump with all new duct work. I now have one system instead of three. Great job Matt - THANK YOU!!

Professional and quick to respond. We needed our air conditioning unit checked as it wasn’t keeping up with the heat. PerfecTemp was able to diagnose quickly, explain the cause of issue so it was easy to understand, and present all available solutions. We will be using PerfecTemp from now on.
Wanted my heat pump system checked out. Came out when everyone else was telling me I had to wait two weeks. Fixed my issue fast and will be using them in the future

We wanted to have a system check up/tune up before the cold weather started and called PerfecTemp. They quoted a very reasonable price so we made an appointment. Matt showed up on time and ran his diagnostics. There were a couple of issues such as low water in something near the main unit ( I don't remember what it was called, but Matt likened it to the cells in a car battery) so he took care of that. He also showed us our water tank expansion tank was full and that could cause issues and he was able to go to a plumbing supply store and change that for us, again at a very reasonable price. After changing the tank he showed us the difference in the sound of before and after so we would know what to look for in the future (at least five years in the future). While changing the water expansion tank, he noticed that a pvc pipe that had been installed by the builders (the house is five years old) was not sitting right and he cut it down and glued it so it was sitting correctly. Matt seemed to be a bit of a perfectionist, which fit the PerfecTemp name I guess. I just want to mention we had an issue this summer with our thermostat dying on a very hot weekend and called one of the larger well known hvac companies. They were there for a very short time, basically pulled the old thermostat off the wall and put a new one on and charged us a fortune. We complained and were able to get some of the money back but we didn't like their shady business practices. When we looked at their reviews, we saw we were not alone. However, when you are in an emergency, you don't think to check reviews. We were hesitant to call what seemed a newer company for our tune up, but after that experience we figured what do we have to lose. I am happy to say that our experience with PerfecTemp was completely different. They went above and beyond what was expected at a perfectly reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for service.
