They were able to solve my ac issue.
This is the second time I have use Perfect Service. Their name says it all. Each time I have used them has been informative, productive and professional. The guys that came out today was Nick Frieberger. He’s the one I want next time I need service. Nothing against the other techs at all. The last guy was great as well. I am more than please with this business and will be using them again.
Perfect Service was at my residence finishing up ductwork when a plumbing problem arose. The took the time to crawl deeper in the crawl space to find problem, took a video and turned the water off from the meter. The video was EXTREMELY helpful since the plumber could not make it to the site of the problem. That's extra mile service! **06/26/23 Had my system serviced by Chris (Bo) this morning. He arrived on time, put covers on his shoes and was very, very nice and professional. He was careful and did not rush through the appointment then explained what he did. I hope he is available for my next appointment.
Wonderful company to deal with. Had an emergency A/C issue and they came out the next day. They were prompt and sold me on their services. I look forward to many years of them taking care of my system.

Service was great, had mold remediation and new AC install last week. 5 or 6 different guys came to work on it. EVERY ONE of them was super nice, helpful, and respectful. I have an autistic child, and the went out of there way to speak interact with him. Will refer and continue to do business with these guys.

Scott Hurst did an amazing job. I had some issues with my air conditioner and he was so responsive, helpful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommended using Perfect Service and Scott for any of your air conditioner needs.
They were great. Took extra care not to track mud in the house. Were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. Will definitely use again.
Customer service is everything. They emailed, texted and called with appointment reminders and called when the tech was on the way. My technician was Clay and he was so thorough and explained everything to me. He was kind, polite and very knowledgeable. The 2 young men Zach and Cade that installed my unit were fast, polite and had excellent manners. Will definitely be using them again and will refer them to others as well!
This company has had my business for a few years now. They’ve done A LOT of work to revamp the system in our house we are remodeling! They’ve always been kind and quick and responsive! Taylor has been my tech plenty of times and it’s always a pleasure to know that he will take good care of the unit we replaced! He’s super nice, fast and answers all my questions honestly. I had my godson who was doing his best to go up the stairs and Taylor always made sure to shut the baby gate going and coming to help keep him safe without me asking and it was such a kind gesture! He has always been awesome but I felt like this put him over the top!
They replaced our upstairs unit and coming back for initial maintenance and cleaning our Tech Devin noticed that my downstairs unit (which is not even serviced by them) heating vent came unattached and was blowing heat in the attic. He was so nice and kind he secured that unit as well, He was very professional and made sure everything was thoroughly checked. I truly appreciated the work that he did he now services both of our units
A tech named Taylor (wouldn’t give last name) was sent to service my neighbor. In the process he backed his truck into my mailbox. My neighbor called to tell me what happened and asked me to come out quickly because he was attempting to leave. He argued with me in my front yard and talked to me like a child. He had no accountability or integrity. I called the number on the truck and got someone named Jerry who was equally rude and unhelpful. Thankfully I have video and eye witnesses. It’s not over. ***UPDATE*** Issues was promptly resolved the next day. All is satisfied.
Technician was on-time, very courteous, and knowledgeable. Prices were reasonable. Overall very pleased with my experience. I highly recommend!
The technician, Scott Hurst, came to our home to service our HVAC. He was very professional, polite and respectful. He came and got the job done and he did it in a timely manner.
