I've used them for a couple years ever since I needed some emergency work done and have signed on for regular preventative maintenance. The cost is super competitive with others and every technician that has come to work has been polite, respectful of my space, and on time. Can't ask for better than that.

Professional technician who arrived on time and did his job.
PSH&A came out yesterday for spring service. The gentleman arrived as promised and greeted us right away. We gave him space to do his work and he was done in a timely manner. I asked if any issues or concerns were found and he assured me that our system was good to go through summer and that he would be back in the fall. An invoice was provided and signed by me. I wish the name of the man that came out was included on the invoice so I could include his praise here.
Chris was professional, courteous and very proficient. I was surprised at how much leaves and pine needles had accumulated inside the compressor. I intalled a gutter guard system in Nov, 2022 and had not noticed the collection around the bottom outside of unit. The unit sucked the leaves and needles thru the bottom vents. Chris spent a super job cleaning both the inside and outside of unit. I will pay attention in the future for future collections around unit.
Chris was very nice, he explained everything stair by stair what he had to do. Sheila schedule this appointment for me and she have awesome customer service skill. Both keep us the good work. Thanks

They come twice a year to service my heating and air system. The technician is very knowledgeable and professional. Very friendly too! I've been using this company for a few years now and I've never been disappointed. I highly recommend them.

Mitchell arrived on time and very professional and yet I felt as if he was a family friend. He explained everything he was doing and said it where as I could understand. I would definitely recommend the company and the guys without hesitation.
