After being told my heat pump and air handler would need to replaced I called this company for an estimate. Matt suggested some other options. I felt overwhelmed prior to him coming out and explaining my options. He did some repair work to my AC unit and got it running again. Very professional and informative. I would highly recommend this company!

Finally found an honest company I can trust. My first experience was calling for an estimate for new furnace after another company said my furnace was beyond repair and I needed a whole new unit. Perfect Balance came out the day after I called them, and all I needed was a new circuit board saving me thousands of dollars!!! …… they have also serviced my AC unit and provided quality service at an extremely reasonable price. I will and have recommended them to anyone needing heating and cooling services!
I had received an estimate from a local company that i needed a new A/C system as my compressor was inoperable. I called Jeff at Perfect Balance to get a second opinion. Jeff came over the next morning and recommended that a new capacitor be installed to see if that would kickstart the compressor. Sure enough, 30 minute and $200 later my A/C was working like a charm. That was a month ago, and I am extremely happy! Very professional, polite and above all - HONEST. Thank you!

So thankful for Jeff and his son! They are amazing! From replacing our air conditioner years ago, to yearly maintenance on both our heating and cooling systems, to most recently replacing our ancient water heater—they have been honest, dependable, skilled, and conscientious. So appreciate them! A reliable and trustworthy team!
We have used Perfect Balance twice in the past year, to replace our air conditioner and repair our furnace. Both times, Jeff was able to come to our home quickly and perform the repairs efficiently. We will definitely have him come back for future repairs, and would happily recommend his services.

After being told our entire furnace needed replaced from a well known company in Columbus, we called Jeff and stated to him what was going on. He immediately said he did not think that what the first company told us was right and we booked him for same day service. A short time later Jeff showed up, quickly realized the issue and had us up in running in less than 5 minutes and under $100! I cannot recommend these guys enough and they have hands down earned our business.

Asked for an estimate for a mini split for an outbuilding. They came out and stated that I would receive a quote. I received nothing, so I called back the following week. They stated that they weren't sure they could quote something to keep the place warm. I asked that they provide a quote on what they thought would be appropriate. I never received a quote. Why come out to look if you never plan on quoting?

My heater wouldn't turn on so I talked to Jeff at Perfect Balance Heating at 6:58pm. Jeff was at my house in less than 30mins, pulled a dead bird from my vent, cleaned the furnace and only charged $75. Did I mentioned that it is 13 degrees outside? Jeff is a great guy, honest and super helpful with the home warranty company. I would recommend Jeff to anyone who is looking for a great HVAC company. Btw. Perfect Balance Heating is family owned and Jeff started the company in the 1970.s
