Perfect Appliance Repair sent a technician out to my rental property on two occasions. Each time, it failed to repair my combo washer/dryer. I learned of this failure through my tenant. I thought the repairs had been effected and that I was waiting for a bill. Further, the technician damaged the cabinet in which the appliance rests. Now I need an appliance repair and a cabinet repair/replacement. Please don’t repeat my error by utilizing this service.
Recently these folks helped a lot with a commercial refrigerator project in my friend’s restaurant. When the walking cooler is down - you need someone today, right now!!! Luckily this appliance repair place helped us in the very same day. Did a big, crazy job ( compressor replacement, that was located on the roof) it wasn’t cheap but we didn’t expect it to be cheap. More important was - food was save ( $5000 nearly food was about to spoil) Thank you Alex and a team. You area magic man!

We called these guys to check out GE fridge, Miele dishwasher and LG dryer. They did regular maintenance and everything is working fine nice. Extra points for working on Saturday
I had a leak in my dishwasher and called Perfect. They were booked but came the next day (and arrived within the quoted time). Derek was friendly and found the leak on the side on the plastic cap. He removed it, cleaned it, and re-tightened it. Within 30 minutes we were good as new! Thanks!

Derrick and Andy helped with my oven and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They showed up on time and were extremely reliable and professional. They diagnosed the problem the first day and had ordered the part and had the oven fixed not even a few days later. I am pleased with my experience and highly recommend them.
Had an issue with my oven, the temperature went to maximum temperature. Called this company to do the diagnostics first. Main control board appeared to be bad. We checked prices online on new ovens and decided to do the repair because it was much cheaper. They also fixed a handle for our main fridge at no charge. Thanks to ANDY and DEREK
Those guy are great - they quickly fixed my dishwasher and were nice enough to wait 30m for me to get home. They also gave me 3 months warrant on the job done and were very friendly.
Had a problem with drain. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. We called onWednesday and got next day service. Danny was able to diagnose the problem with connections and fixed it right away. We were also given 90 days warranty!
Our Haier dishwasher stopped responding. We looked for service online and called these guys. Office staff was very friendly and scheduled an appointment the same day I called. Derek arrived within scheduled time frame and was able to diagnose the problem with touch panel. Waiting for an estimate from them. So far so good
My 15-year-old refrigerator suddenly started making weird noises, so I called and was able to get an appointment next day. They repairmen were on-time and straightforward with the diagnosis. They quoted the final price before starting work, which I liked. The actual repair went smoothly, Dimitry was professional and quick with his work. My fridge was up and running in an hour. The price was reasonable and they offered a 3-month warranty.
Perfect Appliance Repair were great and came promptly when my fridge door had broken. They repaired the broken screws and my fridge is back to normal again. Great service. Would recommend again for sure!
I was advised to use these guys by out neighbor. They fixed her fridge and she is happy with the service. So we got Derek to fix ours too. He came, diagnosed the problem and came back with the needed part. It took him around 40 min to replace it and now everything works just fine. Thanks guys
I was pleased with the weekend availability. My refrigerator was over freezing and needed a censor repaired. Appliance repair had all the parts they needed in the truck and repaired right away. Highly recommend.
We had this company fixed several appliances in our apartment. Each time technicians arrived on time, were polite and knowledgeable. I also would like to mention amazing cooperation with their office stuff especially Elly. You guys deserve 5 stars
I was able to get an appointment the next day after I called and got Derek come check my Thermador over. He pretty quickly diagnosed the the problem with a main control board which is common for this model. They ordered the part and will come back to replace it as soon as it arrives. So far I’m happy with the service!
