These guys were great. I had them install a new HVAC system. They were friendly and very professional. Ricardo and Hugo were both great at explaining everything to me. I had to make them take a break for lunch! Cleaned up afterwards, wouldn’t have even known they were here. I would recommend them to everyone, even a priest! Thanks, fellas, it was truly a pleasure working with you!
Martin is an experienced HVAC doctor who can pinpoint the problem very quickly. We hired them to replace a new rooftop HVAC packaged system. He and Ricardo are efficient, resourceful and offer a fair price.

My furnace was having trouble so I called them early in the morning. Ricardo answered my call promptly, came out same day, and fixed it with no issues. I'd definitely recommend them.
They installed a ductless a/c system. Looks good, works great.
Martin and his group have done everything necessary to make my heating and air perfect, and he is a great guy!! I’ve used his electrical services as well. He has great suggestions for installing the bes system for his customers. You will feel very secure and well taken care of.
Martin made a special trip on Sunday to evaluate our HVAC problem and said he would arrange to do the complete system install on Monday the following day. His very professional crew arrived Monday morning and stayed until they finished the job at passed 8 pm. There were multiple complications but they stayed on it and figured out how to solve the problems. The double split system is installed and working perfectly. I am amazed at this experience. I have done a lot of remodel and installs over the years and this was the absolute best one. Kudos to the team at Perfect Air, they are amazing. Thank you !!!
PerfectAir is a company I recommend for your new HVAC system or maintenance. The owners...Ricardo and Martin, and their crew...give you their undivided attention to all of your needs. They are easy to work with, local and respond quickly to all calls.
Martin responded within minutes to my call. More importantly he showed up on time and new exactly what was wrong and fixed it right away. He also has taken every call from me with any questions I have and is a very nice and professional man. Highly recommend.
I had Martin out to my property and from the start he was on time and very professional I had met with several other companies prior to Perfect Air however none of them explained the process as well as Martin the price was very reasonable and the job was well worth it. Martin was involved every step of the way the installation crew was clean and professional I would highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs.
Stay away from this company. I hired this company through the LADWP AC Optimization program. My A/C was working perfectly for years until I hired this company. They mentioned the unit is overcharged and they had to release some gas from the unit. The normal gas range is supposed to be between 60-70 but the pressure was reduced to 12! I called them a couple of times on Saturday and Sunday but nobody was available. I had to hire another company to come over and charge the unit again. This matter will also be discussed with LADWP to remove them from their listing.
Not a good company
We’ve owned our home for over 20 years. It’s an older home, built in the 50’s, and like most homes from that era, came with two old gas wall heating units and no A/C. We bought a giant window A/C and that helped for many summers. We had to buy a second unit when the summer heat became too much. Our electric bills skyrocketed, and the two units stressed out our older electrical panel, with frequent blown fuses. In the winter months the two heaters were very inefficient, even with our mild southern California temps, and we placed space heaters all over the house. Again, blown fuses and high electric bills. We finally decided enough was enough. I started looking for an HVAC company. I called Sears and they came out and gave us a quote; I wasn’t sold. By this time we were in the middle of Covid, and I preferred to give my money to a small business. I finally checked Yelp, searching “BEST HVAC” (near me). I read reviews. Ricardo from Perfect Air Heating and A/C definitely caught my attention. His customers all loved him. His reviews were great. I called him, expecting to get voicemail, and he picked up. He was so easy to deal with from the first conversation, knowledgeable and helpful. I sent him some information and he gave me a rough quote via email. I knew we would have to start from scratch, as my old house had no ducts, no vents, no existing equipment. I thought his price was very fair. He came out a few days later and surveyed our home and confirmed that he could do it for the price he’d quoted. Ricardo helped me arrange financing, he got me a lifetime warranty on one of the best condensers in the industry, he scheduled quickly and started the job with his very efficient crew. He kept every promise and delivered everything I’d hoped for. By the end of the third day they were DONE. We were in the middle of one of LA’s famous heat waves, and as soon as I felt that central AC coming through the vents it was like heaven. I can’t believe I waite

I'm late in my review of Perfect Air. They installed a HVAC unit in my home in March. Richardo and team were nothing short of professional, timely, friendly and went above and beyond for the inspection and installation process. They even took care of the LADWP rebate process. LA County is a trip when you install a new unit including requiring 2" filters if your home is near the freeway that no one stocks locally (had to be ordered from Alabama). I would recommend their services if you are looking for a reliable company.
I originally hired another AC service to fix my unit. Unfortunately I have an old system that this company didn't support, so the tech recommended Ricardo. Ricardo was responsive, available at relatively short notice, and really accommodating. When I had questions he helped me to understand. I feel confident in the work that he performed for me and I will continue to hire his services in the future!
We purchased a home with an HVAC system that I did not have confidence in. Ricardo, Sarah and the team did an awesome job for us replacing an HVAC unit in a challenging location and improving both the efficiency and performance of the system. Ricardo was honest and transparent about patching the system versus replacement. Replacement was much more expensive but we would not have been happy with the patch approach. They planned well, were prompt with appointments, and flat out worked hard handling multiple challenges with the ducts. We’re very happy with what we have and would recommend them to others.
