Had to come over a few times to do the job correctly. Inspection did not pass water leaked drain line had no "SLOPE" I had to go up and do it my self, terrible gas line wasn't Installed correctly he thought I would go up there and look, water every where still didn't pass Inspection. TERRIBLE... plus the pan is to small bran new home worthless he thought in a few months I would notice water leaking he would long gone. The worst part he looked me in the eye shook my hand gave me his word. That last photo I lm posting I did it with 4 inch slope 45* angles!

I found this company online to request after hours service on a Friday evening on a triple digit/heat wave day. The response was immediate, even with the call being after hours. They were able have someone out in a timely manner (same day) and had all the needed parts readily available. The owner (Bryan) kept me in constant contact with the technician findings and ultimately were able to get the job done at a fair price. Definitely recommend this company and I will definitely be using their services in the future. The customer service was superb!
Great service. We called over the weekend and it was the only place that was open on Saturday. Someone came right away and had it checked out. Their prices are fair. Highly Recommend it. Thank Brian!!!
They fixed my a/c and it works better than it has, since it was installed 18 years ago. I've had other companies out, and nobodies done what they did. I recommend them 100%.
These guys were the only ones who were able to come out quick to fix our ac during a 110 degree heat wave! Came early and got it going in less than 20 minutes. Very fair pricing too!

My ac unit went out made an appointment to have it look at but the guy never show up or call .

Brian was quick to return my call and was able to come check out our heating unit the same day. He was very flexible with the time as well. He got straight to work and was able to fix the issue we had. Price was reasonable. He’s a very friendly guy and I would definitely recommend his services.
I used Perez Air conditioning last Month for my house. The service was excellent. Brian, the technician who repaired my Ac . At first, one company came to inspect the Heater. They immediately recommended to replace Heater Motor. Then I went on Yelp. I found Perez Air Conditioning. The reviews were excellent. I called , Brian who helped me to diagnose the issue. First, he stayed thermostat is problem. He said motor was fine. He only charged me for the thermostat. However , a week later motor ‘s bearing went bad. So he came back , unfortunately, the motor sold with the bearing. So he covered the thermostat and motor as combo serviced. I still paid less then originally company first who came out . Overall, the service was excellent and price was extremely reasonable. I am glad I found Perez air . Thank you Brain. Five stars to me.
We are very impressed by the service provided by Perez Repair Heating and Air, Merced, CA. The technician responded to our every call in time and quickly figured out the problem of our air conditioner. He found the best solution for us with a very reasonable cost and spent just two hours to make the air conditioner work properly. He is the most professional and efficient technician whom we have ever met with . We would like to rank the company 5 stars and highly recommend this company.
Called these guys this saturday for my broken a/c. They were the only ones to answer their phone directly from four advertising 24 hr service. They were able to fit us in within the hour and had the problem diagnosed and repaired within a half hour of coming to our house. Very professional and courteous service at a great price.
I highly recommend Perez Repair Heating & Air. I called on a Friday morning and left a message. I received a call back within an hour and he said he had several scheduled appointments, but would fit me in. He had the problem diagnosed and repaired within an hour or two. The price was very reasonable and my A/C is working better than it ever has! This gentleman was very professional, informative and highly skilled at what he does.
I called on a Sunday and he was already booked that day , but told me that he could be at my mothers home at 8:00am the following Monday morning. He showed up on time and had my mother’s ac unit up and running within 1 hour. Very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommended him. If I ever need anything done I will definitely call this company. Thank you .
I called Perez Repair about an issue I was having with my Air conditioner at about noon and they came by the same day. Costumer service was great and he did a great job explaining to me what was wrong with my unit. Would definitely call again.
