I hate AC problems but I love working with this Perez Cooling. They are always my first call with anything pertaining to my HVAC system.
Always finds a way to squeeze in servicing, even if it's short notice. Highly reliable & dependable!
I was referred to Lorenso Perez by a Neigbougr (in Boca Raton) who had Lorenso do his AC maintenance . I own a condo in Boca Raton and Lorenso agreed to do an AC maintenance on my AC . After doing the maintenance, he advised replacing the AC all together. Even though the AC was 10 years old and was working fine. I agreed to replace the AC . He took the money and my old working AC. He installed the new AC in one day by himself to cut on the costs of driving from Miami to Boca and did not complete the installation properly (did not do the sealing of the inner unit.) . I called and asked him to come back and he came and finally did the sealing. When he came back I asked him is sealing is part of the installation? He said yes. I assume he decided to just skip that part because he tried to save money on fuel and his time/effort and because I was there alone and didn't look like I know anything about AC. After he came to complete the work he didn't do a thorough job and still left one spot not properly sealed. Cold air is coming out of that spot and cooling the AC closet room, which makes the A/C work unnecessarily harder and also can have dust come inside the AC. Please note, the AC business is his side business. He is an employee in some day job (at least that was the situation 3 years ago) and the impression I got from him is that he is tired, lazy, getting old. From my understanding, Lorenso, like many AC repair people will try to sell you AC you don't need (and take your old AC which they can sell afterwards) and you need to constantly look over your shoulder with any work you allow him to do, is it necessary and has it been completed in a professional manner. And of course only pay at the end after you inspected thoroughly the work or if you are not an expert have someone who can validate the work for you. Lorenso would not come complete the sealing of the AC he installed even though I asked so many times . In fact, I want to take this opportunity to ask Lorenso
Perez Cooling did a fantastic job adding a water heater to the showers of DieselFit (CrossFit gym). He created from scratch A/C ducts to the area which had no air conditioning. The bathrooms are now pleasant to shower in with nice warm water and cool A/C. He is very easy to book and is usually able to do same day service. Very reliable, great prices. He also installed for me my Nest thermostats which now make it super easy to change the temperature from the comfort of my bed. I also had him install the UV light new service and this has helped everyone in the family to stay germ free and has helped with my asthma and allergies. The only person I trust with my A/C! Highly recommend!
Had a issue with air conditioner . Called Perez cooling Corp .they came and advised me my coils were dirty which was causing the issue. They cleaned the coils in my air conditioner and my air conditioner has been running like new every since. Amazing service very friendly and had no issues !! Recommend 100 percent
