Plumber Ron had to have the cops called on him. Hot head very aggressive. If you want to have conflict, plumber not show up, items missing off your job and possibly assaulted by this guy then I was tell you this is the company to use
i called this company and spoke with Mr WASHINGTON to check my return valve flow device, he said he was coming today(Friday to check it}, he never called back. i was waiting the whole day but never heard from him. What a waste of my time. This man is very unprofessional. Do not waste your time doing business with this company. I will never recommend them!
I've contacted this company 2xs for confirmation that they will come and provide a fix solution for my plumbing issue. The individual took my name and contact information and ensured that they will call me the following morning to provide an appointment time. This did not happen and I called them to get an update and no response and no return call. If you're running a reputable business and you inform a customer that you will be contacting them, do that and not have them waiting. I called another plumbing company, Hollis Plumbing, they immediately sent someone over and also gave me a military discount. 5 Stars to Hollis Plumbing and 1 star for this company.
People Choice Plumbing gave me a quote and was out the following week to replace my old water heater. Jarvis and Stanley came out to install water heater. They were very professional and cleaned up afterwards. I couldn’t be more happier with the service and pricing from People’s Choice Plumbing. I will be using this company in future for my bathrooms and kitchen. I did my research before choosing People’s Choice Plumbing and reviewed quotes from other companies. Some of the pricing was outrageous just to install a gas water heater. Make the call to People’s Choice Plumbing.
It’s 10:30 at night, and these three angel gentlemen are outside in the dark working on our plumbing problem. That alone gets five stars in my book! Thank you, People’s Choice Plumbing, for helping us out at this late hour!
I called People’s Choice Plumbing to fix a running toilet. They were very polite, prompt, thorough and TRUE professionals. At the end of the service, one of the technicians took their time to explain what was wrong/what was fixed. I will DEFINITELY use People’s Plumbing again...thank you gentlemen for a job well done!
Very poor communication..they charged my 4200.00 to replace one pipe and left my yard in a mess..they didn't even put grass seeds back down they put my drain line in my drive way and when they said they would fix it they never did and wouldn't even call me back i would never ever do business with them and well be calling the Better Business Bureau on them.
About a week ago three plumbing technicians from People's Choice came to my house to repair a major leak in my upstairs bathroom that caused the ceiling in my downstairs lobby to crash to the floor. My house is old, built around 1965, so I have used many different plumbers over the years. I was impressed by the professionalism of the three technicians and they did a fantastic job. Going forward, I will always use People's Choice. By far this is the best plumbing company I have ever used. I highly recommend People's Choice.
After dealing with my shower continually dripping while off along with toilet issues raising my water bill. This young brother was able to assist me. I can honestly say with all the negative views of black owned businesses this was a great experience of professionalism. I would refer People's Choice Plumbing to anybody with plumbing issues. Again thank you for your services.
After many failed attempts at reaching a plumbing company who would be willing to travel “a long distance” to unclog a drain, I found this company. I am so glad I did! Their professionalism, on time manner, and proficiency speaks volumes about these men (Jarvis, Anthony, and the other guy (didn’t get his name)) as well as the company. Not only are they compassionate people but the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely use them for any and all other plumbing needs. So to anyone reading this review, definitely definitely try these guys. I promise you will not be disappointed!
The People’s Choice lives up to the name & more! I have guests coming in tomorrow an I had 2 bathrooms that needed help immediately plus my kitchen sink! Me being a woman I went into a complete panic an FREAKED out , he assured me that the problem would be taken care of! & without a doubt they lived up to that expectation , the 3 gentleman that came were very informative , polite & knowledgeable. Should I ever need them again they will be my first call 24/7 !!!! Feels good to have a company that actually cares for the PEOPLE!! I’m recommending them to any & all friends & family! Never got my quote on repairs
Discovered the results of a backed up sewer main. They made it out quickly and were able to clear the blockage in no time. Very polite and friendly. We will definitely be reaching out to with them for future work!
After contacting two other companies regarding a leaky shower prior this company was amazing!!!! I’m horrible with names but the three representatives that came to resolve my issue was efficient, professional and truly knew what they was doing. The same day they fixed our shower I referred three other households to this company. I hope we never have another plumbing issue but if we do I will definitely utilize this company again.
Called them because my sewer had backed up on the 2nd day of my new home. Owner was very respectful, called his crew, about a hr later guys arrived, within 5 minutes guys had already corrected the problem. They double checked everything before they left. Great customer service, definitely will be calling on them again if I have anymore issues.
We had a water pipe break off in the wall during a renovation project on a Sunday afternoon. After turning off the water to the house, I quickly Googled "plumber's" and People's Choice was the first name to come up. When I saw the ratings, I just dialed and hoped everyone before me was right. I was not disappointed. Ronald answered my call and was at our house within 30 minutes. Very professional and thorough. Even though he had to cut through our new tile job, he took great care to do as little damage as possible. I was very impressed and will call on him again in a heartbeat!

We had a mishap with our outdoor spigot that left us with the water turned off in the middle of a July afternoon - I called and not only did we a quick answer and an empathetic voice, the gentlemen that worked on our plumbing were super professional and prompt.
