I gave Justin a call after hours and he came out within an hour and diagnosed the problem within a couple mins. Being after hours the part was not available until the next morning. He pickup the part first thing the following morning and had it installed before noon. I would highly recommend Pentecost Air Conditioning for all your HVAC needs weather its repair or new install. Justin is very professional, knowledgeable, and fair on pricing. Thanks Justin, I will definitely use again for all my HVAC needs.
The A/C in our old house was out for 5 days and we couldn’t get our home warranty to get anyone out. We called Pentecost on a Saturday morning and spoke with Justin and within 2 hours he was at our house and had our a/c going. Not only is Pentecost affordable but they are a family owned business that takes pride in there customers and provided excellent customer service. We just purchased a new home and we had Justin out on Monday to service our unit to find out it needed to be replaced. He was honest with his assessment and price quote. He was able to be out today to get the new unit installed in a matter of hours. Again, this is a great business and we won’t use anyone but Pentecost for our a/c needs in the future. Thanks for all the help!
Called Pentecost to get estimate when other HVAC company had told me it would be over a week until they could replace my system. Justin came out, was extremely helpful, and called me a few hours later with an estimate. After thinking it over, and asking them a few more questions, I went ahead with the installation, and they were able to come out the NEXT DAY (on a Saturday) and get the job completed. These guys are as good as it gets. Friendly, courteous, honest, knowledgeable, and FAIR. If you want great HVAC service in this area with great/quick communication and fair pricing, give Pentecost Air Conditioning a call! You will not regret it!
